Food met my expectations and was good but the girls working Friday August 7th were not friendly.
They weren't mean persay but you could tell they were inconvenienced and felt bothered. I was missing my cookie from my milkshake and you would've thought I asked for the world.
It was my friends first time ever trying Potbelly and I felt so embarrassed making this recommendation to him. Good food, wouldn't recommend the service.

Since there’s a lettuce parasite outbreak right now, i first ordered subway without lettuce. well they put it on my sandwich anyway. i ordered potbelly after that (i should’ve just done that first). and put on the special instructions “no lettuce plz, subway messed up”. and i receive my order with a note on the bag saying they gave me free cookies!!! thank you kasey from potbelly!! what a sweet surprise:)
The service is quick and the sandwiches are really good. The inside is unique, set up like an old kitchen with a cast iron stove in the middle.
