The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
I don't like the kiosk ordering. Don't care for the tallow fries. Over priced for what it is. Quality was fine but getting the shakes 10 minutes after our food was not very good.
Really missing the waitresses instead of the pickup of food. Food was good. Organization really needs worked on having to around to find everything on the soda machine should be centralized.
