Very disappointed in the atmosphere of Steak and Shake. Had to order at the kiosk. No customer service. Had to scan my receipt to get my drink from the drink machine. Overall experience probably won't be back

Perfect! The drink machines are a little annoying but I get it. Don’t throw away your drink coupon, had to help scan mine so others could get refills. But overall the food was great. Been picky with burgers lately but I would definitely give this a try if you haven’t already, fries are my favorite type too. Frisco sauce is good and while we didn’t order milkshakes they looked excellent coming out of the back.

I have been to other locations. None of them are this good. They are fast. Food is hot. Tastes amazing. I have gotten the same meal at a location in Texas. Totally not as good as here. The burger was not as good. It was not the same size. The one in TX was smaller. Even the garlic sauce was not the same. So glad I tried this location before any other cause this one sets the bar very high. I do not think you will be disappointed if you eat here.

They've gone fully automated, so any semblance of a 50's diner has finally been removed. Even the soda fountain requires a receipt to be scanned for it to turn on for approximately 20 seconds. The menu has been simplified and many old favorites are no longer available. On the plus side, the food was ready within 10 minutes, as opposed to the old 30 minute average. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The overall experience was like one of the "eat n go" style snack bars at Disney world. There was no sense of welcome or comfort; the ambience gives the feeling you should finish quickly and get out. It was literally less comfortable than a McDonald's.In short, it's a good place for a quick bite when you're in a hurry, but you definitely wouldn't go for a relaxing meal, anymore.

I lovw the old school atmosphere and always have. With the new tech it gives it a future retro vibe having the kiosk and the drink scanner. Once I got past the learning curve of the drink scanner I was great! You have to hold the QR code under the scanner while you pour your drink. The food is always great and the Nutella shake is top notch!
