Disappointed in this location My wife and I eat here often .
A week ago as we were sat down to dinner we overheard a very disturbing conversation between a manager and a customer.
The customer an older gentleman dining alone was informed that none of the servers would serve him and the manager was unprofessional in her approach. The manager did not give this man any other reason other than the gentleman would dine at the location often without tipping .

My husband and I love Cracker Barrel. The food is tasty. The coffee is good...better than most! And we like the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The hostess Tammy has been there forever and we feel like she is a friend.
The food is also reasonably priced. The store has some beautiful items. I just bought some of the cutest baby items!
