“Kailyn was amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress! We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! Also was my son’s 3rd birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure his day was amazing!!! Overall great service and food! Amazing!!!!!

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced“

“Fun atmosphere. Fun was good. Some of the bartenders were fun, if only they would make eye contact! They weren’t that busy yet we had to wave them down for refills, to order, to get a box (when we got their attention for a box it was another good 10 minutes b4 they arrived) and then had to get their attention to pay! Not attentive at all!“

“Today was my first visit to First Watch & i don't expect it to be my last, as there is so much on the menu that i want to try. Today was their French Toast & it was absolutely delicious. I do recommend First Watch in Florence Square.“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

“My husband and I love Cracker Barrel. The food is tasty. The coffee is good...better than most! And we like the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The hostess Tammy has been there forever and we feel like she is a friend. The food is also reasonably priced. The store has some beautiful items. I just bought some of the cutest baby items!“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“Hunter did a phenomenal job! Refills, checking to be sure the experience was great, not over imposing though. The food was really good and came exactly as ordered. The only knock I would have on the place was the loose crayon and fry that was left in the booth from a previous customer, and the dust that was visible on the interior decorations. Plates and glasses appeared to be clean.“

“The whole process from ordering to receiving our food was exceptional. The food was very hot and tasty! However, it was an extremely cold night and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Having some heat would have made this a 5 star review.“

“Cassie and Jen are awesome servers! The dinner specials are delicious, and we love their breakfast! The owner really knows how to cook, and his homemade desserts are yummo! They have drink specials every day, and have Karaoke on Friday and Saturday. It’s all non-smoking! If you haven’t been here in a while I suggest you go check them out! They are open Tuesday through Saturday.“

“I ordered take out on 2/11/25 & in the process of ordering two dinners I had an issue with my credit card that had me worried, but after speaking with the Mgr (Billy ) I nolonger was in that mindset, Billy fixed the problem and my dinners was stomach happy, will certainly return again. “Order chicken on line for family on Memorial Day. Easy to order and food was ready for pickup when promised. Was a dig hit for my 6 year old Grandson, who is typically picky. Loved the chicken stripe and wedges so much he came back next day and wanted leftovers. Whole family enjoyed the food. Lee's is nice place and good food and great service.“

It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“Been a regular customer here for three years. Went today with my daughters for a mommy daughters date. One of the servers Jimmy has always shown kindness to us. He decided to pay for our meal. “Very accommodating to the needs of our group 6 adults (1 in a wheelchair) and 2 children. Everyone was happy with what was ordered. The all you can eat options were perfect, because you can choose from any three and switch it up, for a couple of our orders. The chicken wonton tacos were excellent as an appetizer but was ordered for the main meal. The service was decent. A do over, especially on the all you can eat options and the chicken wonton tacos.
