Great food great atmosphere and amazing limited time margarita. Me my part and kids all had a wonderful time all the food was hot and came out in a timely manor. We forgot to order an appetizer but once we got our food we where glad we had the portion sizes wherent bad for the pice.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options and good portions with even quite a few sides to choose from
Delicious, fun Friday night dinner with colleagues! This was the first visit to this Chili's location in Florence. My colleagues and I were staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel located a short distance from Chili's. In recent years, I have become a huge fan and frequent guest of Chili's. Just celebrated two birthdays this past weekend at this Chili’s location.We walked in and told the hostess we needed a table for 8. We had to wait about 20 minutes, which was fine while we waited on everyone to arrive. We got a text that our table was ready and was seated right away.Our waitress was great (I didn't catch her name), she provided quality customer service and checked on us on multiple occasions to make sure we had everything we needed.
