“Stopped on our way from Ohio to Nashville. Quaint little place. Friendly staff food was very good. Had the Burrata which was some toasted baguette pieces with mozzarella and tomato. “The family and I decided to go here and try them out. We wanted some good food that is something that we can't get back at home. We tried Ford's Garage on the recommendation of the hotel staff. We had the Ford's Signature Burger with Truffle Fries, high-octane burger with onion rings, kid's cheeseburger with fries, kids chicken sandwich with fruit, and grilled cheese with fries. The first time we visited, they were closing early for a party. they could have turned us away, but instead still served us. My 5 year old son was on the wild side that day and employee Lester was absolutely amazing with him! I even accidently left my debt card there after checking out and Lester found me on facebook and sent me a message that i had left my debt card so i could pick it back up! I also bought a bag of their local wheat bread flour, that i am experimenting on trying to figure out a good recipe to use it for. (first time bread maker, so idk what i am doing) If i could change anything, it would be to add a recipe to the bread mix! I also think that they should look into selling fresh dried spices/herbs for seasoning! their food is absolutely amazing! so fresh and so nice knowing that its local meats/veggies. Very skimpy on the bacon on the double decker BLT (only 4 slices on the entire sandwich but taking out the middle bread made it normal lol..) the bread was buttered and grilled which was way better than toast in my opinion.. Mac and cheese bites, onion rings, cheese sticks, corn dog bites, and pretzel bites were all "store" bought (not homemade) but delicious and of great quality! I have a pet peace on microwaved soft pretzels because they are gummy and get hard too quick but these were not!! I'm sure they are baked and seemed to have butter drizzle with the salt and were fantastic!! boneless wings were big in size and they definitely aren't stingy with the sauce, which was a plus! Buffalo chips (Saratoga chips) have no spice on them but are handmade and good regardless.. service was mediocre (no asking if food was good, finally saw the empty glass and grabbed on passing for a refill, had to get her attention and ask for the check) but it was busy and everything was fine besides needing a refill.. temperature inside was super chilly so bring a jacket!
