BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! “We set Beefs as our playoff destination last Bengals season, decided to do the Super Bowl at home, you know the outcome. Won't make the same mistake this year. it has been a great playoff. “I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“This was a very horrible dining experience we ordered there ribeye and added there bacon jam to steak when steak came out both were missing bacon jam the waiter took off before we could tell him finally got the bacon jam on side my steak was tasteless the salad maby had 5 sprigs of cheese on it garlic vegetables almost tasteless small portions when waiter brought our bill he held it in his hand not showing us and said I will take your payment my husband said can I see bill first lol oh ya and handed it to us 85.00 the steaks were 32 00 a piece the menu in restaurant said 27.00 and on line menu said they were 26 the waiter said inflation let me get manager who said the online menu was not there’s in one breath and in next breath said said he would let them know to change it and walked off we were from Illinois visiting ark encounter it was our anniversary so I will be sure to tell everyone in Illinois if they visit Don’t eat here and I scratched out tip on receipt I always leave an 18 to 20 percent tip but not today here’s your tip you are rude and outrageously priced“

“Fun atmosphere. Fun was good. Some of the bartenders were fun, if only they would make eye contact! They weren’t that busy yet we had to wave them down for refills, to order, to get a box (when we got their attention for a box it was another good 10 minutes b4 they arrived) and then had to get their attention to pay! “We had a small family reunion lunch for 8. The atmosphere and decor of this restaurant were excellent. The bourbon slush was very good as was the Woodford old fashioned. We started off with fried green tomatoes. Four large slices of tomatoes. Very tasty but could have been a little thicker slices. I ordered the Hot Brown. It was a little different than I expected but it was delicious. I got the combo of country ham and turkey. Beautiful presentation as shown in my picture. Large portion. It could have easily been shared. One of us had pan fried (not deep fried) and it didn’t disappoint. The chicken salad looked great. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Because of the ample portions we shared two deserts. The blackberry cobbler with ice cream and peanut butter cheese cake. Not a complaint in the house. The blueberries actually held their shape and disappear in the cobbler. I wish we lived closer so we could visit more.“

“We went here for lunch today and our waitress name was Ellen and she was so very polite and sweet and there was another waitress we watched her with the other customers and she was the exact same way so they're so nice and the food here was so very very good and has my wife's favorite Reuben sandwich here. You would not be disappointed eating here All the employees even at the cash register were very polite too. They have different types of food here but they're all beef chicken and Turkey and I got a sandwich called Joe Walter name after retired Cincinnati Bengal player and it is turkey and Black Angus roast beef together and it's very good and their soups are so good too. They also have the best pickles they are garlic pickles and are so very good. Anyone that comes here would enjoy the food and leave with a smile on her face.“

“Attentive waitress/service, restaurant is organized, clean, and food comes out timely. It’s also visually appealing (I like when my sandwich is built perfectly). Always get the goetta/egg/cheese when I come to town and always enjoy giving my business here. I like that their goetta isn’t mushy but not crunchy. Stoked to see this family place is still running. Also, super conveniently located right off the exit and right next to Trader Joe’s - can we say DOUBLE WIN We swung in just for some brews and bites and hit the jackpot! The band was in full swing - highly recommend checking out Second Take if you’re in the Cinci region - we lucked out and caught the show right as we sat down. “We love First Watch. We eat at the First Watch in Crestview Hills Town Center. Food was great. We highly recommend it. As always, the staff is friendly and wonderful! Eric is always a wonderful server. Today we both had the barbacoa breakfast tacos and boy were they delicious! “We loved the variety of food and everything was fresh and hot. Sam was our server and she went above and beyond for our family.“

“We were looking for a place that had a reuben and we found the Lucky Duck Pub. Ordered our Old Fashiones (Eagle Rare, they have a decent selection of bourbon) those came out and the first drink was all of the Eagle Rare. If you order one, just stir it gently before drinking. Had a pretzel with cheese (we subbed the mustard for extra cheese) and it came out warm and the cheese was very good. Had the Reuben with saratoga chips and the reuben was a generous sandwich with enough meat to make it very good (some reubens are all bread with very little meat, not this one). Also had some onion petals, those were good too. Last was some BBQ wings and unfortunately those were a little dry with BBQ sauce poured over them (BBQ sauce was not warm). They were just ok but we did pack half of those to go. Will try to doctor them up at home. Plenty of parking and enough table seating that you dont have to sit in the bar area to enjoy food. It was a little loud in the bar area but it looked like a big group and they were just having a good time.“

But nightshift don't know who the knew girl is but apparently she doesn't do nothing the machines were very dirty and wet beer spilled on them cigarettes butts all over the floor dirty dishes on the games.when I walked in she never asked if you need anything my friend waited 10min before he got a beer tonight . Maybe instead of playing on the machines then this place would be much nicer and cleaner at night . I will say when Kelly was working nights it least she did work her butt off but this other girl no she won't do nothing.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“Wed, 2/28/24, Management told one of our trivia team members that she is no longer welcome because she spoke to trivia host and he felt threatened by her. She talked to host after trivia and told him she thought the questions we no longer "general knowledge" trivia. While her remarks may have been harsh, we feel she should have been warned that her behaviour would not be tolerated in the future but not forbidden to return to play trivia. Our trivia team spends 140.00 to 160.00 each Wednesday, not to mention the amount of tips the server was making (30 to 50 dollars). She also told management team that host drinks too much during trivia and they denied that. By the hosts own admission over the microphone, he has asked people to stop sending him drinks because "I'm getting drunk guys". She was told he is allowed 1 alcoholic beverage while doing trivia. WHO HAS EVER HAD A JOB WHERE THEY ARE ALLOWED TO DRINK ALCOHOL?? We will probably NOT be coming back to trivia if all of our team members are not welcome. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TRIVIA....WHICH I HAD SELECTED ORIGINALLY!!“
