Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and Million Dollar Bacon, my goodness. Pancakes are fluffy and light with an amazing lemon custard on top. The bacon is sweet, crunchy, and spicy all at the same time. Amazing. The service is friendly and efficient. It is a little noisy but well worth it. Go early to avoid wait.
It's crowded, justifiably. The menu allows for a variety of palates and food sensitivities. The presentation of the food is executed very well. If you enjoy food flavor and are willing to wait, give it a try. If you are in a hurry, the wait for a table might detour you from visiting. The wait staff, nor did the cooking staff add to the length of stay for the meal. From my experience, you won't regret choosing to eat at First Watch. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

My husband and I love this place for breakfast and lunch. If he ever has a day off work while school is in, we come to first watch. Our son also loves it here when we've come on the weekends. They love the pancakes/waffles and the million dollar bacon. I love their elevated egg sandwich, cobb salad, and their power breakfast quinoa bowl. Great food, amazing service, and just an awesome place overall. Definitely stop by if you get the chance.
