Fantastic brownies and the Florence Mall manager, Jason, is great. We ordered a 16" cookie cake but did not realize how big that would be. It was HUGE and was far too much for us. He happily exchanged it for cookies and brownies. Again, great service and amazing brownies!!
We have been ordering cookie cakes from Great American Cookies for years...both my kids' birthday and my own. They always taste amazing, look great, and is so much easier than traditional cakes or cupcakes. I've learned the best way to order a cake is the day you need it, and they've always had it ready in time. Highly recommend this place! Best way to get individual cookies is to do their deal of buy 6 for certain amount. You can also order cookie cake slices which is even better!

We stopped in here and got a cookie and two drinks while we were in the mall. It's a fun place to check out with the kids and get sweet little treats. We got an Eminem cookie a Diet Coke and a lemonade and the price wasn't too bad for all of them in person at the counter was nice so we walked around the mall sit down had a cookie and a Diet Coke and lemonade for adventuring the mall
