Ordered birthday cookie cake on 10/5 for 10/6 pickup. On 10/6, I went to pick up the cookie cake and it had not been made. They failed to recognize the online order. To make matters worse, they could not refund my money at the store. I was told by Kevin, Mgr, that it would be refunded in a couple days. Over a week later, I still have not received my refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Went in yesterday May 20th around 11:30ish the girl that was working was extremely rude she tried to sell me broken cookies when I said something her whole body language changed she took the cookie and threw it away very hard I was disgusted with her attitude I changed my mind and decided not to purchase. I will never stop by here again she need to be re trained and conduct herself better it’s common sense not to serve broken cookies to customers I mean we’re paying you guys money why would I spend my money on crumbled cookies do better.... also calling corporate on her as well...
We stopped in here and got a cookie and two drinks while we were in the mall. It's a fun place to check out with the kids and get sweet little treats. We got an Eminem cookie a Diet Coke and a lemonade and the price wasn't too bad for all of them in person at the counter was nice so we walked around the mall sit down had a cookie and a Diet Coke and lemonade for adventuring the mall
