“This restaurant is as simple, down-home, and fun as it gets. Located on US 42 right at the interesection with the road to Big Bone, it's an easy, recognizable, casual, and convenient meeting place. Very spacious and both a table and bar area. Waitresses were Johnny-on-the spot and friendly. The food was generally bar food (what else would it be in a bar? The Maisonette? :) ) Service was quick, food was hot, and the burger is probably their best item. If you have any outstanding warrants, just FYI. You DO have to get used to the siren that briefly goes off when an order is ready in the kitchen. No, they're not coming to get you. LOL~ Prices always seem to enter into every restaurant these days and their prices are really no better or worse that any other comparable restaurant---everything is going up in price. Just deal with it and have fun !!“

“I can't say enough about how awesome this establishment is. The service from being seated to paying the tab is so good. The FOOD .... well it's mouth watering. The charcuterie, the meat balls the pizza .... never have I ever had a bad bite. “This place is genius. Your dogs can run and play with other dogs and you can have a beer and a smash burger. Lee owns the place and he's amazing. He has one rule. Your dogs must be vaccinated and you have to bring a copy of the vaccine record. This is great idea so all the dogs can be safe I will be back to try the food I can't wait“

“We came with a group of senior citizens from a nursing home and there is no wheelchair accessible bathroom here. I had to take a patient to the restroom and had to get help because there was literally no room . Group of twenty and only one server. Lord..“

“Hear this was opening and so glad we stopped in. We were greeted and showed to our table immediately. The staff was so happy and friendly- it was contagious! The indoor was so clean and the painting on the wall were amazing. The chips, salsa and queso were so good. Our entrees came quickly and hot. Everything was so good and there was so much we had to take it with us. They told us they are opening another side and a patio. Can't wait to come back!!“

“Best place to get a drink with reasonable prices, and the best food probably anywhere in the state, the atmosphere is incredible, the staff is beyond friendly, and the head cook is a true definition of professional chef. I'd recommend it to anyone even passing through the area. You're guaranteed to come back.“

“They have a large number of well taken care of tables. Prices are good. Pool is $5 per person per hour. Beer prices are not bad. Atmosphere is good. Under 21 till 9pm. Took some family for a Saturday evening and everyone enjoyed themselves.“

“Absolutely delicious! I had the Apple Walnut Salad, and I added salmon. My husband had the Cajun Bourbon Filet Tips with mixed vegetables. My husband used to be an assistant chef, so I rarely find steak out anywhere that I even rometly like as well as his, he let me have a bite, this came very close! The only negative I can say is that the potion was a little on the small side. We will definitely go back.“

“The location is very cool in downtown history Burlington. In interior is well done and very cozy. It’s a smaller bar but they’ve done a great job with the space. Staff is friendly and make very good cocktails. Bourbon selection is extensive but prices seem a bit high. We got the Molkajete, everything was tender.Drinks are delicious, we got the Mojitos… very good, & you can’t taste it but they are strong!!The employees are all super nice & the ambiance is second to none.I don’t know if this is just a weekend thing or if it’s every day, but they had a light show going the whole time we were there and a DJ that came on at some point while we were dining, which was an awesome surprise.Absolute 10/10 experience“

“Great people and a great staff! My wife came here from out of town looking for Karaoke and wasn’t disappointed! First, we were treated like regulars and everyone there was friendly. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day. They have karaoke on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. and Sunday! Eric the DJ does an excellent job with the sound and lineup! “Where to begin... a family place if I've ever seen one. You've got the locals that know everyone there, you've got uncle Mike and his meat sticks and don't forget grandpa John and the haunting figure of someone's grandma hanging over the bar. The bartender I think his name was Chad friendliest guy you'll ever meet, makes a mean whisky on the rocks. Also the pizza joint next door is fantastic or maybe it was just the drinks but either way it was a good time.“

Be sure to select The Allman Brothers - Live at Fillmore East, Mountain Jam. Should be loaded and ready to go. Over thirty minutes of the best Southern Blues Rock ever. We got some food and a few beers and everything went more smooth than I could imagine, the manager was doing table touches and we never went without! “Traveling through town while at the Creation Museum my wife found Agaves with good reviews so we decided to stop. My wife had the Carnitas platter and loved it. It came with rice, beans and guacamole salad. I had the Seafood Burrito and it was the best Seafood Burrito I've had in 20 yesrs. It came with Pico de Gallo and rice. The burrito had scallops and grilled shrimp on the inside and topped with crab meat and white cheese sauce. Food came quickly and Service was great as well.“
