“This was a pretty cool vibe. If you like a little dark and intimate, then this is going to be a pretty cool fit for you. You'll find parking somewhere in downtown on the street or whatever the case may be and you'll hop in. There are a couple of different sides to the establishment:
- A bar that has seating when you come in is fine to sit at
- The side where you will get the lounge action so that's where your seats and lounge couches are set up

I hear that they do live music at some point in time or another so that's going to be pretty cool at some point. I didn't actually see that when I was there but at the same time they did have music playing and it was actually pretty dope.

The bartending staff was pretty cool. I only went for one drink just to give it a go. I got an Irish espresso martini and it didn't have the things that I asked for but they were comparable. The menu itself is very intricate and they can explain it a lot better. I was going for the tried and true.

Either way it goes I thought it was a pretty cool experience and it's a thing that you could do for a date night or something like that I guess.“

This is my favorite neighborhood. Hang out. Parking on the street or across the street in the Paige lot, or behind building on free parking deck.“

“Place just went under new management and I attended a soft opening. The vibe is right. The new owner and service are phenomenal. There's a food truck, outdoor patio, and good tunes. This will be my new favorite spot from now on.“

“If you want a good whiskey bar, this should definitely be on your radar. It's upstairs from Goodfellas if you are in the area so it's not hard to find. There will be some glass door signage on the front of the building if you are going to get some pizza, so you know you're in the right place. You have to find street parking but that's not a big deal.

Overall it was pretty good. If you wanted to dabble in some dark liquor, they have an abundance of options. You can't go wrong. It's all on the wall and the wall is basically to the ceiling with bottles .

They have pizza. You can get upstairs but it's only whole pizzas and it's not like you can get slices unfortunately. Just keep that in mind if you want food .

The staff was pretty cool even though when we got there they were about to close up shop. I know they were really trying to hustle but they still were very friendly. They even suggested that we try some a little bit odd drinking combinations but they turned out okay.

I ended up getting a peanut butter and jelly shot type situation. They make their own peanut butter alcohol and they couple it with a back of, I think, a blackberry beer or something along those lines. It's a really odd combination but you don't find it everywhere. It was a pretty cool experience .

Oh they have plenty of space for you if it's downstairs by the pizza or it's upstairs where the bottles are. They actually have an upstairs beyond that but when I went they were closed. This is a good spot to come through and you can start your night here to get a couple of good bourbon drinks and then move on around the city because it's very walkable. You'll have a good time hopefully .“

I did the most practical thing that a woman in a stupid dress and painful, platform shoes could do: I hiked through abandoned service roads that stretch like ghostly veins off the highway—and found myself at the New Stumble Inn.

If you’re on a quest for artisanal cocktails or a curated list of craft beers, this isn't your haven. But if you're in desperate need of a cold beer and the kind of comfort that only comes from worn bar stools and neon signs that hum like they might give up any second, well then, take that high heeled exit off the abandoned service road, my friend.

The night played out like some kind of fever dream. My phone battery was circling the drain, my bank decided that I was a top tier mafioso worthy of card freezing, and I was left with the very real possibility of being stranded in every sense of the word. The New Stumble Inn didn’t let me panic. In this dive bar, surrounded by strangers who felt like family, I was safe.

A bar patron —someone I’d never met—offered to let me CashApp her to cover my tab. The bartender threw a Post-It my way for last-minute Uber details, promising I wouldn't “just be walking home." And I did get home safe and sound.

The next time that I go to the New Stumble Inn, it will be on purpose and not via an abandoned service route.
Because it really is a shame that I discovered this place under these circumstances. Establishments like this transform patrons into a community, creating unexpected belonging. This isn't just a bar; it's a sanctuary for the stranded. It is a go-to for those needing a cold drink and a warm welcome, no matter how they stumbled in.“

“This was such an amazing experience! I loved the ambience and the type of music. It's loud enough to enjoy the music but soft enough that you can hear the person across from you. Every member of the team touched our table to make sure we were okay and kept our drinks filled just how we like it. We will be back for sure, The host made sure I was seated promptly, as I made a reservation and there were a few parties waiting to be sat. It's worth it to reserve a table, it was packed at 10:30pm.“

They kept coming to the table to make sure we were taken care of and food was delicious and the temperature of the food was just right and love the chicken and the mango sauce and onion rings and the drinks were good the lemon and oranges was fresh and my friend had fish and onion rings and coleslaw.
