I would like to give a beautiful shout out to Michelle, my office receptionist at Athletico physical therapy in Fort Mill. Michelle is always where she needs to be mentally emotionally for all of us but especially me because sometimes I have different emotions when I come in she always acknowledges me and meets me where I'm at to make sure that I have a good session with my therapist. Earlier this year, I begun having intense sciatica. I would later find out this was due to a degenerated disc in my back having been herniated. I sat on it for months- I’d always been prone to back pain, so I just wrote it off as being a particularly bad episode of that. It got worse and worse.
