“Joey is by FAR the most educated server I have had at a restaurant as of late! Though he knew he was sharing disappointing news, he was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and cross-contamination. It’s extremely refreshing to have someone explain why I can’t have something without me even asking anything past “do you have the gluten free bread right now?” Joey even helped me craft a makeshift meal out of options that were available. The ONLY reason this review is not 5 stars? They sometimes run out of what I CAN have :(“

“Food and service were incredible. Talked to the chef for a bit, and he was nice and informative. He told me all the ingredients are local. Bar service was nice as well. Live music was really good too! Kraut dog was so good. Sliders were incredible. Great fries, great Mac n cheese“
“My favorite new neighborhood bar! Very reasonably priced beer and mixed drinks. Warm cozy feel and a spacious outdoor patio. Karaoke on Sunday and Wednesday nights. Plenty of parking. They have some appetizers that are very good for a small bites menu. Mitch, Elizabeth and April are all great friendly bartenders always up for conversation. They have a ample televisions and will honor your request to put on whatever games are happening currently. Stop in! Right near the CSX train trestle on Pike Street.
Vegetarian options: They offer air fried chicken wings, jalapeno poppers, potato wedges etc
Parking: Plenty of street parking for free meters are turned off at that time I usually arrive. Parking lot across the street as well.“

“Had a magical late summer evening at Wiseguy Lounge with friends. Expert bartender Chris kept the amazing cocktails flowing and we enjoyed them on the cool and comfortable upstairs patio with a great pizza from Goodfellas. Love the mix of top notch drinks paired with always satisfying pizza.“

“Whenever in a town for the first time, we look for an Irish pub. We’re very happy to have found Paddy’s. We had the bar/bartender to our selves for a short while. Discussed Irish whiskeys, history of the bar and more. Had a great time but had to move on. The Casey’s from Michigan.“
“Atmosphere 9/10Nice upscale lounge atmosphere with a cool bar in the middle. Bar and table seating options. Quiet music completes the vibe for a relaxing cocktailDrinks 10/10Stylish menu, great whiskey selection. When in Kentucky, you need to try Bourbon based cocktails. Perfect Manhattan was on point. Can recommend Boone County Rye. Whiskey sour was great too - perfect egg white foam. Great presentation too.Coaster game is strong - gives the drink an additional flairService 7/10Nice bartenders. They didn’t serve water (without asking) though, which an upscale bar should do IMO. There was also no reception, to explain if anything is reserved or free to seat. Prices are on higher end for Kentucky.“

“An LGBTQ+ mainstay in the heart of Mainstrasse! A friend invited me for a visit, and I am so glad he did! Haven’t been in 15 years. Rosie’s is fun, clean, beautifully appointed with wood features and clever signage, and mostly just full of really great folks and bartenders.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Decora Eatery and Drinkery is a hidden gem! Incredible cocktails, delicious food, and stunning art all in one place. The maple bacon Old Fashioned was perfection, and the Spicy Paloma had just the right kick. The rotating local art adds a fresh vibe every time. Can’t wait to return!“

“A dive bar type of place with a cozy basic atmosphere. Drinks are cheap for a downtown bar in Covington KY. Service is attentive and friendly. Food is not served but several restaurants are nearby or one can bring food into the bar. Happy hour is unparalleled for it seems to cover all types of drinks. This is not the usual for places that have happy hour. Seating is ample plus space exists to stand.“

“There was a belligerent man (his name was R Elliot) and he was harassing the bartender for alerting last call. The bartender Lauren not only handled the situation professionally and with grace but made me feel extremely safe with getting the belligerent man out of the yard. If you’re ever at the yard and Lauren is working and you’re a woman, femme, or femme presenting person you will not only feel safe but you will BE safe. She is absolutely stunning inside and out and takes no drama!“

“This is kind of a dive bourbon bar but definitely worth stopping in. Taylor the bartender was absolutely fantastic. They climbed a ladder to get a bottle that we wanted a pour of. We got a flight and the store pick of Russell’s was out of this world but unfortunately not for sale. The restroom was clean. Our only complaint was the bar and the menus were really sticky. Like so sticky that we washed our hands in the fountain outside when we left. However, definitely worth a visit if you’re a bourbon drinker because they have over 500 bottles.“
“had fun here but would have more fun with karaoke. would strongly recommend a karaoke night to go with the food n drinks“
“I love going on Thursday nights ,for Karaoke ????. My fam Chestah T, Dj's your favorite songs ,even does request for the dance portion in between sets ????. It's a small laid back bar and they serve food as well. I went a few weekends and had a good time as well. I will continue to go. It's a pretty mature crowd as far as I can tell so far. If you're looking to get out from being cooped up in the house during quarantine, this place is a nice starter spot to kick it and have a good time.“

“Great food and a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend going on a Thursday or Saturday for karaoke! Best in the tri-state. Love the outdoor patio for the nicer weather.“
“This was really good! I didn't have my hopes up because sometimes hotel restaurants can get away with serving mediocre food to a captive audience, but I genuinely enjoyed everything I ate at the Fifth Lounge in the Radisson. We got the stuffed breadsticks ($12 for three, a little steep) fish sandwich and tots ($13?) and a burger and fries ($14). The server was super sweet and gracious despite being the only person working the entire restaurant and bar. The tots and fries were perfectly fried and had a great Cajun seasoning on them. The burger was delicious and the fish sandwich was great too, I liked how soft the bread was. FYI No vegetarian options at all (menu in pics)
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options at all
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is in main lobby floor of hotel and has no stairs or steps. There are some tables you could pull a wheelchair up to but many tables are high tops“

“Very friendly staff relaxing patio with a nice fire feature in the middle of the table and everyone there was very welcoming and friendly:-)
Parking: There is a paid parking lot around the corner that you can use in case you cannot find any parking on the street parking on the street is a bit difficult at times“
“One of the staff thought it'd be 'funny' to try and steal my purse. I was watching the band play and he tried to take my purse from me. He only stopped pulling on my purse when my friend and I yelled at him. He tried to play it off as a joke. I didnt get his name. We left after the incident. This place is not safe for women when staff are behaving like this.“

“Went for a fun night on cinco de mayo. Drinks were really good, enough staff to run the bars and great music! They had a taco company in the back with amazing food at fair prices considering it was an event night. Plenty of chairs and tables outside to relax.“

“Rylie was fantastic! We came here multiple times this evening and he was out standing! He took our order from behind the bar and I watched him deal with rude and impatient customers with grace. He took our concerns seriously and influenced changes. It is rare to find a passionate and dedicated employee such as Rylie and I sincerely hope he is rewarded and apriciated accordingly. The stouts are fantastic. The staff member made it outstanding!! Highly recommend! (First time visitor would return and recommend highly, due to Rylie's customer service!) It would be 5 star on Rylie alone!“

“I recently hosted a baby shower at Blinker's Tavern and I must say it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This establishment truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with a lasting impression. From the moment I reached out to Blinker's to inquire about hosting the baby shower, the event coordinator Amy L. was incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating. The restaurant, servers and host went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. They seamlessly coordinated the flow of food and beverages, ensuring that everything ran smoothly and allowing me to enjoy my time. Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Thank you!“

“I see some negative comments. I don't believe the reviewers realize what Zapata is about. Frankly, I find it refreshing that dishes are not smothered in cheese and drowning in sauce. Zapata is about combining flavors, and not marching to the beat of the typical Americanized version of Mexican food to which we have become accustomed. I recommend it to all my friends.“

“The fried chicken was excellent: I chose dark meat, it was fried so as the skin was crunchy and flavorful, meat was tender and juicy. All of my sides were really cooked well, properly seasoned. The Mac n cheese was really good, and the biscuits were light, fluffy and were eaten with honey and butter. The desserts there are good as well, we had the chocolate cake. All of the staff were friendly and attentive and I can't wait to go back.“

“It was a bit uncomfortable when we walked into the wine bar. They seem surprised that we had a reservation..overall the service was uncomfortably good. The food was good but I thought that the wine selection should have been elaborated a little more since it was a wine bar overall it was a decent restaurant week meal .“
