“My first time there and was treated like I was a regular patron. The bartender even cut herself preparing my shot of gin and turned it into a humorous accident and we laughed about it. Other patrons were friendly and very welcoming. I definitely will return and may become my new favorite spot.“
“Had the Spinach Wrap for breakfast and it was fabulous! They had a buffet but I opted to eat off the menu. (We travel quite a bit and I was tired of the same buffet menu).Servers were excellent, exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would go back for that breakfast wrap!“
“This place is a gem! I'm glad I found one of my favorite places to get food and a drink. I had the hamburger which was simple and delicious. Had just the right seasoning and toppings. I also had to get a small order of the sesame noodles. Those noddles are a must. If I was bold enough I probably would have gone to the kitchen and shook the cook/ chef hand. The service was outstanding. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. I loved that the menu was small. I will definitely be going back to try some more of this simple and delicious food.“
“Coaches corner is the best place. It's so much fun & the food is delicious!! The service is EXCELLENT!! You won't find a better local hangout! Casey behind the bar is a real treasure, she makes you want to come back everyday! Truly there is nothing better, it's Newport finest hidden gem if you haven't been before!“
“If you ask how I want the burger cooked, you got to deliver. I said medium, and I got well done, not burnt or dry though. It was still juicy and seasoned fine. It was just "eh". A $16 burger should make want to come back. Fries were seasoned well and crispy.“
“It's been more than 4 years since I've been here. I wasn't impressed back then, which is why I hadn't returned until now. NOW, it is a fantastic place to chill. I loved our pizza. The staff was very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of parking. I'll be back soon. Thanks for the fantastic transformation. Somebody knows what they are doing. It reminds me of the Mount Adams Bar and Grill without lots of collectibles on the walls. (Hint, I like collectibles...imagine Newtown's history.)Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza was fantastic.Parking: Lots of parking in the back!“
“O'Bryons is the epitome neighborhood bar and restaurant in Newport. Service is courteous, friendly and timely. The bartender is very helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks. Food is above average while being prepared well and fresh. The chicken wrap and chicken wings were tasty. Prices are reasonable for the area. Parking is a bit of a challenge with it all being street parking. Overall a good experience and worth trying out.“
“I was looking for a diner in Covington KY and came across PeeWee's. After reading reviews and the fabulous menu, decided to try it and so happy we did on a busy Sunday! Friendly guests greeted us in the lot and we felt warm hospitality as soon as we walked in. You could tell the owner, PeeWee loves what he does and that customers love him back. The corned beef hash special was excellent and all of our selections were well prepared and flavorful. What a hidden gem!!!!“
“If you've been, you know it's the best. Sheila, cold beer, awesome wings, soup, and burgers. What more do you need? Prices are very reasonable. (If you're scrolling and see the one star left by Jon, maybe you'll get a laugh like I did. He said deceitful pricing since the online menu said wings $1.50. Math genius said they are really $2.25 each because he was charged $9 for 6 wings. ) This is a neighborhood bar and grill. It's cozy. There are regulars, but the owners and staff treat everyone like family. Trust me on this. I drive up from Georgia every few months and Sheila always greets me and remembers what I ordered 3-6 months prior.“
“Cozy local spot. Feels almost like a cabin, with lots of wood paneling. From the decor you’ll note that Reds fans are more than welcome. If the flyers on the walls (and in the ladies restroom) are accurate, looks like they have live music every evening of the week (!) Note: I came in the daytime, so wasn’t able to benefit from that- maybe next time.Service was friendly. My overall take: Worth checking out. Not fancy and not a chain/franchise - pure local flavor, in the best way.“
“The Pilot has been my local spot for years, It’s truly like an episode of Cheers! The staff, the owner and the regulars make you feel welcome! The Pilot Inn will always have a special place in my heart.Parking: Parking is never an issue. The pilot inn has their own parking lot and there is also plenty of parking next door at rookwood commons.“
“Quaint little spot I'm Obyonville. Best chicken tenders ever. They're beer battered and fried and they are out of this world.Parking: Paid parking lot is 3.00 per hour but there's always plenty of room. Street parking available but high in demand.“
“Very nice establishment, great technology at the entrance to ensure safety, great music and the food was good too!The shots were, normal. The crowd was laid back, a few hotties were even in the place to be! ? The Juke Box even had all the jams on it! We were leaving when the DJ came in so we didn't hear much from him. Overall great experience I would definitely return.“
“This is one of the very best restaurants in Ft Thomas. The food is amazing and the people are the best. Everyone there not only makes you so comfortable and the food so great , they make you feel like you have been best friends forever. I will be coming there more often .My name is Debi and I absolutely love the “ Tickle Pickle. Love the staff so much!“
“We've lived near ATP for nearly 12 years and up until a few years ago when owners changed we never went. But now we have been several times that past few years and the place is so much better. It still has that dive bar, hometown bar feeling but the food has been great, they seem to have great activities going on, and the staff has been awesome.“
“Cute little bar. Showed up for Tuesday Trivia Night and had a great time! Place was packed and barely could find a seat. My wife had to park a block away. She had the wings, which were overcooked and dry. I had the chicken sandwich and liked it.Vegetarian options: Offers a couple of salads and a tacoParking: Get there early for Trivia Night!Kid-friendliness: Only 21 and older allowedWheelchair accessibility: Small and crowded area, not much room for a wheelchair“
“With them being a new establishment the service was a bit slow... BUUTTT the $5 Margs and Southwest egg rolls WE'RE FIRE!! The wings were perfectly tasty and the loaded fries did not skimp on cheese or bacon! We will be back even if its for carryout only!“
“This place was just like the reviews said it would be!! Food was fresh and cooked right! Would suggest to anyone! Definitely will be back with friends! And please try the pizza logs they were absolutely fire!!!? Fries are also amazing and the burger was great cooked to perfection!!!“
“Great family owned and operated pub. Solid standard food options like burgers, wings, and various sandwiches and salads. You will find something you like on the menu 100%. The food is consistently good and fresh. But the highlight is the staff. They are very engaging and friendly. They remember your name and make you feel like part of the family. St Bernard Pub feels like home. My lunch crew and I try to eat here once a week.“
“The ribs were great smoked just right with sauce on the side. The greens and baked beans were good also! Can't wait to try more. It's a family run business so help them be successful. The owner was such a nice guy and so hospitable!!“
“The seasoned crowd is the best. No violence, no drunken outburst, great food especially the fish dinners with the peppers and onions. The outdoor covered patio with a bar is awesome. The projector screens outside to catch all the sports. The New owners turned the Old Sunny's into a bright "Cali" . Teamwork really does make the dream work.Great place to hang out.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access is nice and accommodating.“
“What great hospitality! As soon as we walked in was greeted by our guess the owner! He was very polite all the tables were packed full and he went over and cleaned off a table for us. We went in for karaoke night we didn’t eat but the food looked delicious. We will come back soon!“
“Kendall, our server was wonderful! Answered all of our questions and spot on for delivery of our food. My problem was our seating. Our reservation was for 5 pm, we arrived 15 minutes early and were promptly seated just outside an empty private room that they seated 6 people who became very loud! And then seated another group of 4 on our opposite side. I'm checking out this mostly empty restaurant scratching my head and wondering why.“
“I've been coming to Salem Gardens since childhood. It's a good neighborhood place to get a bite to eat and spend time with friends. Not fancy, just a placeI've known about forever, wish I still lived nearby.Parking: Good sized parking lot and if that fills up there is on street parking too“
“Cute little bar/grill. It was fun to look at all the funny signs they had about the place. Our drinks were nicely poured. I had to try their famous deep fried hamburger and it was yummy! Never saw anything like it before. My husband got classic burger and enjoyed it. They have a place to sit outside which would be nice in cooler weather. It's a place that reminds you of the old days which is what I love!!!“
“Best place to get a drink with reasonable prices, and the best food probably anywhere in the state, the atmosphere is incredible, the staff is beyond friendly, and the head cook is a true definition of professional chef. I'd recommend it to anyone even passing through the area. You're guaranteed to come back.“
“One of my personal favorite small bars in all of Cincinnati. The atmosphere is great almost all of the time. Not a huge spot so it may be busy on random days. But prices are reasonable and staff is always quick and great at there jobs. Overall a solid experience.“
“Great little dive bar with awesome service, chill vibe and great drinks! Perfect spot to hang out with a group of friends to watch some sports or sing karaoke. Rooftop tables available for those nice cool nights, and also connects to neighboring O'Malleys. We had a blast hanging out here!“
“Food and drinks were super tasty. We had Brian as our server and loved our time there! He suggested that we sit downstairs which was completely open for us. Brian offered information about specials and their best drinks. Definitely ask for him if you stop! The atmosphere of the place was great for a night out with friends.“
“A great classic Cincinnati pub up in Mt. Adams and on the northend of the main strip. A historical building that has been treasured for years creates an amazing setting for great grub and good times. The menu is eclectic and the drinks are good. Have gone many times when in town for business or visiting my daughter at UC. Easily accessed from downtown or campus. Parking is on the street & is always interesting. Folks are always friendly & helpful. A good cultural destination if you're looking for a classic Cincinnati experience. Then go around the corner and enjoy some live music at The Blind Lemon!“
“Updated: Hours are relatively better now. Go on Tuesdays and see KC, absolutely Fabulous. John, the security, is holding down the fort and is also good for some laughs. Cheap drink prices. Tons of regulars. This was my first bar I went to when I moved into the neighborhood and instant became a regular. So check it out and become a regular too!“
“We love this bar!!! The food is always great, no matter what you get. The bartenders are knowledgeable and super friendly. They have lots of fun shooters and drink promos. This bar is a great value and the pool tables will always keep us coming back!“
“We had too too much fun!!! I know the staff was nice, drinks were flowing, and the music was amazing!!! We came as a family like 25 deep and everyone had fun. I don't drink, so sometimes clubs rub me wrongly, but I thoroughly enjoyed myself!“
“This place is cool! It's basically your local neighborhood bar with an awesome bartender! Stop in and see Kiki! They also have a great music selection with a pool table. The interior could be updated but that doesn't bother me one bit. This was our 1st time coming to this establishment and we felt so welcomed! Will definitely be back!“
“I was invited to a retirement party at Longshots. The food was catered in from the grill there. There were jalapenos poppers, chicken fingers and small slider type sandwiches. It was all good. They closed about half of the seating off for our party. The folks at the bar were extremely friendly and service was very fast.It was my first visit to longshots, it's a very typical bar and grill with decent drink prices. We will definitely be stopping back.“
“I go here every year prior to the Cincinnati St Patrick’s Day Parade which is the Saturday before St Patrick’s day each year.Parking: The parking is outrageously expensive if you are there only 4-5 hours. It’s all the same whether you stay a couple of hours or 24 hours. Parking costs as much as a few drinks or an entire meal.“
“Stopped in here on Sunday for the first time with my wife. The bar was full and there were numerous customers at tables. There was only one employee bartending and serving also. Tommy provided super fast service. He was working his butt off and even made the time to ensure we were satisfied. This is how service should be! Food was great too and runner was also working hard. Will be back.“
“Absolutely delicious! I had the Apple Walnut Salad, and I added salmon. My husband had the Cajun Bourbon Filet Tips with mixed vegetables. My husband used to be an assistant chef, so I rarely find steak out anywhere that I even rometly like as well as his, he let me have a bite, this came very close! The only negative I can say is that the potion was a little on the small side. We will definitely go back.“
“How can I make you understand in depth how great this place was!. I didn't even mean to stop in this place! I was headed to get food for myself. I saw this little joint with a back porch, camping type pavilion attached to a little oblong brick building that just looked like it wasn't for me.This place...It doesn't scream or pop out at you. It looks like it would be in one of my friends yard behind his house on the side of his garage. As I walked by....and past it, I saw "great food"!! In big letters painted on the side of the building. So I tryd em!... lol to see if they knew what they were talking about!.I serve my lord Jesus and don't really drink but I came for the food! And to test its words painted on the side of the building.Every one was nice! Everything was comfortable, everyone cared!... everyone knew each other and everyone let's you be!.... I couldn't belive it! I found a place to go be and eat and they let you be....if you leave hostility, hatred, ugly ness, and a disrespectful attitude at door..... You will have no problems here! I loved the people, I fell in love with the place!, you can be who you are! I think it's encouraged and probably the only way this bar and grill will have you.As soon as I came in, there was a veteran, and two others at the bar with a classic western playing on the tv and two sweethearts behind the bar.... it was laid back and quite for a Tuesday afternoon.During happy hr domestic beer is 2:50$ and I got a great double mushroom cheese burger for 6$The lighting was perfect! ....For a bar/grill. Right lighting with lamp and neon lights scattered throughout the restaurant and bar! The lights mixed well with the atmosphere splashing and filling up color, mood, and lighting over all the creveses, nooks, and crannys of the spaces in the restaurant bar and grill. If you want a bar and grill out of the movies... Here it is! I loved the assortment of signs, billboards, slogans and pic's all over the walls....Well I tell you the food was off the chain!. The hospitality on point and the price is right. it does not hit your pocket at all. The food says to the money! Get out of here.....I always am looking for a place to eat drink and socialize in peace, and in prosperity. to be myself at the end of the day!!!!....Besides Christ my lord and savior I Just want good food, at a great price! When I go out to eat!. I got more than that at jds honky tonk and emporium! It checked off every thing I quit looking for on my list now a days!!!...I'm always left wanting visiting a place. as i leave my mind is trying to point out the good pointers in a restaurant and bar and grill..... Well I just plane ol loved jds honky tonk & emporium.words fail but if you go! They'll accept you,you can be you, friendly, and you best belive you can get a great bite to eat! And drink.Seriously how can I tell you this food is worth trying and the place worth visiting! Weather you are rich and can't fathom going here, or poor and you think this place ant for you! every one in between..... The food was good... if you want good ol American cheeseburgers fry's and cheese steaks and food....try this place plus on Sundays every one is a Bengals fan. At any time there open come wonder on in and leave feeling good that you came.“
“I went to lunch with a large family group. There was plenty of space for all of us and it was quiet enough that we could all talk and hear the conversation. I wasn't very hungry so I just got the loaded fries appetizer. The toppings were good but the fries themselves were a bit over cooked and chewy. I did get to try a bite of the fish though and that was really tasty. If I'm ever on that side of town again I would absolutely order the fish and chips.“
“It's a cute well done little bar. Nice out doors area, very affordable. It's still looking for it's customers tho. Currently here at 9:30pm on a Friday night and there's 4 people here counting me and my girlfriend. We'd probably come back just as a cheap drink to get out for a minute or a pit stop to other places.“
