Cousin Jeffrey's Honky Tonk is a hidden gem with a big bar, plenty of places to sit, and bar games. The place is clean, inviting, and bigger than it looks inside, with TVs, a TouchTunes jukebox, and video Keno. The food is better than expected and some of the best in Cincinnati. Meals like the Biscoff banana pudding special, BLT, fried bologna sandwich, bacon cheeseburger, LK's Cowboy Butter Sausage, and Chicken Tenders are all great. The service is friendly, attentive, and fast, with a super staff. Customers enjoy live performances like Tin Hat Cowboys. This spot is easy to get to and has a new name and owner as of Summer 2025, but feels right at home, especially for those who have been to Uncle Leo's near Findlay Market. Visitors have a great time and will definitely be back.
