I so appreciate your new addition you have to your team as a manager I think he said his name was Orlando he took care of us he made sure everything was right for us and he greeted us at the drive-thru that's good customer service
So after 9pm it just gets stupid slow!! Specially on the wkends!!! But at nite you can sit and wait sometimes more than 10 TO 15MINS. THE SERIVCE at nite is soooo bad the wait dont make no since and they can be rude as hell! Tonight someone sat at the speaker for 10min before anyone came to the speaker! I dont know if they need more help or wat but its real bad!
