White Castle is a popular spot in the city known for its clean environment, professional service, and delicious food. The staff, including a hardworking team and an exceptional employee, are dedicated and friendly. Customers often praise the cleanliness of the restrooms and the welcoming attitude of the staff. Some reviews mention the drive-thru staff, who are attentive and knew regular customers by voice, and others highlight the enjoyment of meals like three cheese sliders and a small soda after a long day. However, there are occasional complaints about disorganization and the loud speaker system, which some find annoying or confusing. Despite these minor issues, White Castle remains a recommended place for quality meals and good service.
