“Decent little diner, I would have gave 5 stars but I don't give 5 stars to places that don't butter the toast! I was expected to butter my own tost with butter that was sitting in Lil packs on the counter, toast was cold by the time it got to me and so we're my eggs because the waitress wanted to total our bill before bringing my toast, that resulted in the butter not melting,yuck! It seems dry toast should be a special request, not the other way around. I'm sure most people prefer butter on their toast! Just seems like cutting corners or laziness in my opinion. Plus I don't even think they have a restroom for customers to use because my husband had to go behind the counter to waste his hands.“

“I love the food, the staff, the atmosphere and the rewards. I just wish that the rewards could include the salads or the price of the coney could be put towards whatever you want to put it to. I'm trying to lose weight and I love the salads and I go 2 or 3 times a week to get them. I end up either giving away or losing out on my free coney.“

“First time here. The building is definitely dated. There is a drive thru. You order at the counter. Food was very reasonably priced. The “regular” size is pretty big. Wonder how much bigger the large is. Service was extremely fast. Fountain machine to fill your drink.

Their specialty seems to be the chili pizza (did not order) and the spagoney- and cheese coney but spaghetti instead of a hotdog. Ordered this and it was good.“

“Chat GPT had directed us here on Saturday the 4th. The food was great! My son and I each had the Salmon with Sweet Potato fries. We had both flown in from 2 different states for a couple of attractions. After the Salmon we finished off a huge slice of Carrot Cake. The best I have ever had. “Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “Stopped in for a quick dinner with my dad and had the best experience! We were so lucky to get Tim as our server and I have to say, he hands down was the best server I’ve had in years! Customer service post COVID has almost disappeared and it’s so impersonal these days. But Tim was so friendly, attentive and just all around a great server! He suggested an old fashioned for my dad that he was a huge fan of. We truly appreciated that quality of his customer service. It was a breath of fresh air! Thank you for the great evening out. “I ordered the Hash which was supposed to be eggs over potatoes and sausage, however there was no sausage. I complained and was brought the sausage separately. Apparently they scoop this up from some premade pan and do not make it to order so you get what you get. For the price I would not order this.“

The food was great and the staff was not only friendly but patient with my grandchildren as well. I have two that are extremely picker eaters and the devoured the tenders. I can not remember the owners name I think it was Phyllis please forgive me if I'm wrong but she was such a class act. She personally came out to check on everything and make sure we glad everything we needed. In a world full of the art of customer service being lost this place made a lasting impact on myself and my family. Our youngest is teething so as any parent or grandparents know with young children it can be stressful when they aren't feeling well in public. The owner made sure we felt welcome and just over and beyond what I would of expected. the atmosphere had a home town feel. Not sure if you will ever see this post but thank you for having a place that family's can enjoy.“

“We booked the upstairs party room for our family Christmas party. Everything was perfect, hall was decorated and festive! They handled everything. The kitchen manager, Chuck Wilson was amazing! We worked out the menu together and he out did himself. Quality and quantity was outstanding. This guy deserves a raise! All staff members were friendly and helpful. It was a perfect night! “Nice neighborhood bar serving good drinks and pub style food. The food menu is limited somewhat but the taste and quality was very good. Happy hour went until 7 pm and they had live music on the weekend staring at 8 pm. Service was good but tight with the bartenders mixing drinks and serving the food from the kitchen. When he delivered my friend's food, he told me he sent mine back because it didn't look up to standards. He then brought me the potatoes so I'd have something to eat while they redid my omelet. I'm grateful for people like Jordan and his supervisor who came out to talk with us. They remind me like if good.“

“We just attended a wine/food tasting and it was excellent. The wine superb (Mendel from Argentina) and the food pairing went exceptionally well with the wines selected. We used to visit their Ludlow location from time to time but since they’ve moved never ventured to Ft Thomas. We might change that now…keep organizing interesting tasting, we certainly will attend.“
