I have been dining at Pepper Pod for literally 40 years. It's a staple. I hadn't been for a while but was glad to have stopped by recently. Still a great place. It's not 5-Star cuisine as you can imagine. However, it's still one of my favorite spots. The Maxi Club is my favorite.
I've been there twice in a month with my wife and each time we have gone they have kind of been out of food and there's only one server. I got there three-way but it was more like a two-way because it was extremely very little chili on my three-way and last month when I came at 6:00 at night they were out of Chili and my wife wanted some liver and onions and they were out of it too and this time when we went this time she got a sub sandwich,after that she told the next people...read full review

I had dinner at the Pepper Pod restaurant on March 27th and it was just okay. Nothing special. I had ordered the rib-eye steak before and it was wonderful but it wasn't last night. It was very tough even though I ordered it medium rare. The lady with me ordered hers well done and she could hardly eat it at all. I had onion rings and slaw with the steak plus the drink came to a little over $14 which was an okay price but I really wish the steak had been tender.
