“12/10 service and food. I never write reviews but The two men working the shift around 2pm on 6/17 showed amazing customer service. I placed a pickup order through DoorDash and when I arrived I said my name and then I realized it was not at this location which is DoorDash fault for location selection for my where I was when I ordered. I said oops my bad I should have checked and was more than willing to go get my order 9 miles away and did not want any store to lose out on money but as I opened the door to leave he said wait and insisted we can work this out and called the Milford location store and they had great customer service there also , they sent a picture of my order to Amelia and my order was ready within 5 minutes. They wanted to help and did not see why I would have to drive 25 minutes to get my already done order. It was my first time ever having Dickeys BBQ pit and I ate every single bit of my food, I definitely will be back. The chopped brisket loaded potato is amazing. Cole slaw and Texas toast were a great addition also!“

“As a bloomin’ brands employee myself, the service was suburb. We asked for a bar booth since the bar top was full, and were told it would be 15 minutes verbally. So we opted for a booth in the dining area. We were sat in the FARTHEST corner near the bathroom, although there were available booths near the TVs, showing sports. We obliged. Our waitress, we didn’t catch her name, but we tipped a generous amount for our tab, since we thought she was put in a terrible section for the shift. Thank you for the wonderful service! “We don't really drink much... but the little we did was very good as was the service. Our main thing was looking for a decent place to play a cpl games of pool from time to time. Their pool tables are very nice. The employees that we've met this far have also been very nice. It's overall a nice place. And by far one of the best Bloody Mary's we've had.
They don't serve food, but sometimes I guess ppl bring stuff in to set up for patrons to share... which is pretty cool.

This wonderful young woman is what every dedicated employee should typify... she actually offered to assist me in opening my butter containers. Either that or you will get the rare Business scenario where everyone is more well mannered than normal. I experienced that once. It was strange. People were talking and eating, AND THERE WAS NO LOUD PLATE CLINKING. Odd. It's rare to encounter though. But Other than the first scenario, you're experiences aren't even that bad. Try eating INSIDE next time, you didn't even go in. Also That worker that made a complaint was most likely under 25 and is upset that they have to get up at 3 in the morning everyday to serve people like you who don't even eat in. Honestly what did you expect.“

“I just picked up a ham at this location. I have not bought a honey baked before. I went in to pick it up and was waited in by a gentleman named Curtis. Such a kind and friendly person. He helped me, directed me, advised me and ultimately do one of the kindest things a business or person has done that I was a recipient. I won’t go into details but let’s just say he went above and beyond in customer service. When I am I town, I will frequent this location and hopefully get to be waited in by Curtis. With more Curtis’s, this world would be a much better place. Thank you Honey Baked and Curtis for making my dreary rainy post-chemo day so much better. I didn’t even want to go get it because it was such a blah day and I was exhausted from my treatment. I am so glad I did and his kindness and happiness made my day so much brighter!“
