I HATED steak and shake for most of my life. I got dragged in here by family that insisted I try it. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. seriously try it! Old reviews are just that! Old reviews! New owners new staff awesome
Met the owner he was very nice.I don't like their drink machine it's different. It locks you out if you don't scan your receipt which is annoying but if u just leave one under it it works normal and it doesn't seem like anyone moves them.

The food was good and the staff was super nice! The food came out fast and fresh. My only complaint is the new Kiosk situation. It’s not the restaurants fault it’s corporates fault. I hate them, I hate ordering on them because I miss the waiters and waitresses. It’s so dis-personal that’s it’s depressing. I hate to be one of those “it’s stealing jobs” people but it is.
