There was an adorable goose in the drive thru ☺️ it followed us after leaving the drive thru and I gave him some food. It was awesome ? Oh yeah the food was great and the fries were fresh and cooked perfectly!
The employees were great and got my order out correctly and quickly. My only complaint is the company policy change to not fry items per order. Sure, my cheese sticks were heat lamp hot so the wait time was less.But you have traded crunchy delightfulness for soggy chewiness. It's hugely disappointing. I don't hold this against the store employees who are only following the rules of corporate. Do better, Arby's.

Arby's has been one of my favorite places to eat from. I really like the Ruben sandwich and curly fries. The Italian was my favorite, but they did away with it.They staff is always friendly and polite. My order is always as ordered and hot.The reason for only 4 stars is that I think the price is a bit high for the market.
