The floor is always sticky here and they never have what we want
I don't know what's wrong with this location. I ordered my food online. Waited 20 minutes to come there then set at the speaker for 10 minutes. Nobody comes to the drive-thru speaker drive up to the window. Wait another 5 minutes. Get told to wait in the parking lot for 10 minutes. Wait there 25 minutes drive around to see what's going on with my food that I ordered forever ago. Was told to pull up. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally get my food and it's garbage
Went to go in to place an order and was told they was closed because of staffing. That drive thru was only open. Sat in drive thru with no cars infront up us for 10 mins and still didn’t get our order placed. The eastgate location just need to close. Poor service and always staffing issues for the past couple of years. I’ll never go back to that location again.
