“Last night our family unexpectedly stopped in while a large group (20ish people. The staff was quick to make space for us and our waitress was amazing. She got all of our orders correct and even helped me order safely w food allergies. The chefs also did a wonderful job. “Empress chili is where it all started. You have Empress to thank for Cincinnati chili. Had to go to the last remaining one open. Coneys were my favorite menu item. Glad to see chili pizza on the menu and interesting takes on classics like chili and spaghetti coneys. They also had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies and a variety of sandwiches. The building itself was very large inside and very clean. I was surprised how nice it was. Awesome restaurant, definitely check it out and pay your respects to a chili legend.“

“I love the food, the staff, the atmosphere and the rewards. I just wish that the rewards could include the salads or the price of the coney could be put towards whatever you want to put it to. I'm trying to lose weight and I love the salads and I go 2 or 3 times a week to get them. I end up either giving away or losing out on my free coney.“

The food absolutely delivered. The burnt goetta was the star of the plate — perfectly crispy on the outside with so much flavor in every bite. The eggs were fluffy, the home fries were seasoned and cooked just right, and those pancakes were golden, buttery perfection. Everything tasted homemade and comforting.

But what really made it stand out was the service. Everyone was so genuinely kind and welcoming — we felt right at home the entire time. It’s the kind of place where you can tell they care about their customers.

When he delivered my friend's food, he told me he sent mine back because it didn't look up to standards. He then brought me the potatoes so I'd have something to eat while they redid my omelet. “I just picked up a ham at this location. I have not bought a honey baked before. I went in to pick it up and was waited in by a gentleman named Curtis. Such a kind and friendly person. He helped me, directed me, advised me and ultimately do one of the kindest things a business or person has done that I was a recipient. I won’t go into details but let’s just say he went above and beyond in customer service. When I am I town, I will frequent this location and hopefully get to be waited in by Curtis. With more Curtis’s, this world would be a much better place. Thank you Honey Baked and Curtis for making my dreary rainy post-chemo day so much better. I didn’t even want to go get it because it was such a blah day and I was exhausted from my treatment. I am so glad I did and his kindness and happiness made my day so much brighter!“

“I placed a curbside order on Saturday (Dec. 20) and like the handful or previous orders it was a very positive experiences . This review is motivated by two things that stood out most..one very positive, and one minor. The minor issue is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars..

First, the service as usual was excellent..My order was brought out to my car within seconds of arriving, and the woman who delivered it was friendly, smiling, and professional. Based on her attire and demeanor, I believe she was a manager. Seeing a manager personally bringing out curbside orders during a slower part of the nigh really speaks volumes about leadership and brand representation. Most guests rarely see managers unless there’s an issue, so this level of visibility and willingness to step in builds real customer trust. It sets the tone for the entire restaurant and shows pride in both the team and the guest experience. Most guests are local to this area, so restaurants are not only serving guests but serving the community they are part of...The food itself was great. I ordered the New Orleans Cajun Chicken Pasta, and it was cooked perfectly—the chicken was tender, the pasta flavorful, and the dinner rolls soft and fresh.

That said, I do want to share one small concer... While the pasta tasted great, it was served in what looked like a large soup-bowl-style to-go container. Visually, it resembled a side dish or small salad rather than a full dinner entrée. I understand portions are based on weight and not container size, and this may be more perception than reality but when paying around $20 for a pasta dish, it's rather disappointing to get something these size of a michelina meals..Having ordered this several times in the past it seems as if the portion was cut in half half.

Overall, this experience doesn’t change my positive view of O’Charley’s. The food quality and service were exactly what I expect, and I’ll continue to order here understanding now to as a result of increase in coss order two meals instead of one.. As well as excellent leadership and service that deserves to be noticed even when most people wouldn’t.“

“called ahead, just to make sure 20 could be accommodated from a funeral. response was "ok". food stayed at window, not served. starters were over an hour to recieve and was cold. did not recieve most of the ordered items, items recieved had to be remade or refused due to a 3 hour back and forth with food. this was our first time in this establishment for many, and sadly 20 peoples last. stear clear of this bar unless you have time to wait and can get drunk enough to not notice your foods wrong, frozen or lacking doneness.“
