Placed an order on the app. I ordered a family meal, one side was missing didn’t realize until I got home. I couldn’t go back out because I had my toddler and newborn. Restaurant was closed by the time I got home so I couldn’t call.
I often order to go and everything is always packed nicely..Nice selection of menu items and the Honey Mustard is so good that I began buying bottles to keep at home..This was the first time I've eaten at an O'Charleys and at first expected it to be an Irish type restaurant by the name but it's more a typical Chili's or TGI Fridays.. Honestly, for the prices nowadays it's definitely not worth the quality. Nobody at our table really enjoyed anything besides the salad and lemonade. The workers are all very friendly, but the food not so much.
