I was shocked at the level of unprofessionalism after being in the building for 5 minutes. I have a friend who is a server at this location and he was expecting me, and our other friend to come in. The server that came up to us, Kelsey, immediately asked if we were friends with the server we came for. After we replied yes, she immediately yelled to another server across the building and said “If he’s gonna take these people after he’s already been cut then I’m leaving!” Right in front of us. She proceeded to take us to our table and sloppily throw the menus on the table. After we were sat, we still heard her complaining about the situation to other workers because she was yelling so loud. I was extremely upset at the situation. The manger was very kind and apologized about her behavior and paid for our piece of cake which I appreciated a lot. I just think that if you can’t be aware of your behavior in a customer service setting, DONT WORK IN IT. I hope she gets the repercussions she deserves, because I have heard this has not been the first time something like this has happened in regards to Kelsey’s behavior.

Honestly, for the prices nowadays it's definitely not worth the quality. Nobody at our table really enjoyed anything besides the salad and lemonade. The workers are all very friendly, but the food not so much.

ordered delivery. They obviously did not read any of the modifications of the order. I put no green onions for both baked potatoes yet there were green onions mixed with the cheese & bacon, so couldn't eat those. My $17 dollar salad was supposed to be xtra tomatoes, there were 2 small slices of tomatoes. The chicken tenders platter we order, the tenders were the size of my pinky. The broccoli and asparagus were good though. Waste of 80 dollars.

Placed an order on the app. I ordered a family meal, one side was missing didn’t realize until I got home. I couldn’t go back out because I had my toddler and newborn. Restaurant was closed by the time I got home so I couldn’t call.

I often order to go and everything is always packed nicely..Nice selection of menu items and the Honey Mustard is so good that I began buying bottles to keep at home..This was the first time I've eaten at an O'Charleys and at first expected it to be an Irish type restaurant by the name but it's more a typical Chili's or TGI Fridays.. Still the food has always been good every time I order and haven't had an issue..Usually when you order food to go it's sub par and not as good when you eat inside but his hasn't been my experience here...

Amber was great very friendly and you could tell she loved her job.
We enjoy coming to this restaurant because Amber ALWAYS takes such good care of us. My sister has disabilities and especially with her speech. Amber is always patient with her and remembers what she’s ordered in the past. WE LOVE HER! She definitely makes our dining experience more enjoyable, and deserves a BIG BONUS!!!
Amber is the best server ! I come in with my mom who’s disabled and she always knows what she needs! It’s always a beautiful experience with her and hope to always have her when I come in! Thank you amber for making life easier on me and my family!
