Waited 55 minutes for order placed 85 minutes prior. The manager stayed hidden for most of the time and a junior employee addressed the issue about 5 minutes before I got my order (they only had one cook show up). The dining area was mostly empty. I ordered 2 salads and 2 soups. There were about 10 other carry-out customers also waiting at one point.
They were busy and only had 2 waitresses, and the manager was putting and pulling the orders. 1 cook, they didn't make my bacon crisp and forgot about it. Mgr took off 10% on my meal. They need more help!!!
