“My son & I, from the Columbus area, were in Milford at dinner time. Not knowing what was available near our location, he looked at what was in the area. This was the only place that was different. He had the mushroom Swiss burger, I had the smallest burger; we both had coleslaw. The burgers were delicious! Being hand-pattied was the special touch, as most come pre-formed. We were seated immediately around 6:00 on a Friday evening. Our waitress was prompt in taking and delivery, attentive without hovering. This was a great dining experience!“

Between the 4 us we had the pork, brisket, sausage and chicken along with 4 different sides. atmosphere was inviting staff were happy and welcoming food was quick and delicious. “We ordered wings a couple of weeks ago, my wife picked it up thru the drive thru, very convenient. When she got home, they accidently put ranch instead of blue cheese. I was not to happy, I love their blue cheese. I called them up to tell them, the manager on duty said they had a new cashier, that didn't know the difference. She apologized and gave us a $5 credit to our account. Which I was not happy with. We are weekly visitors and I thought we needed more than that. Within a couple days, I got a call from Nikki the store manager, she was apologetic and said if you come back we will take care of you. Today we did and they did, thank you Nikki! “We had a great dinner at O'Charley's in Milford. Food was fresh and hot. Food and drinks were priced well. Our server/ bartender Greg was friendly and on top of everything. The manager, Brandon, checked in on us a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Even though they were busy, we were still well taken care of.“

“My Grandson and I were at your location recently and encountered a wonderful server whose name is Cassie B. This wonderful young woman is what every dedicated employee should typify... she actually offered to assist me in opening my butter containers. She even said that she didn't even mind the customers that didn't tip her on occasion. “When you walk in, all of the staff say “Good morning!” with smiles on their faces. It is impossible to leave this place in a bad mood. First, the food is always good and fresh, exactly how you ordered it. I have been several times with my son; The general manager and all staff go out of their way to make him feel special. It’s his favorite place to go and has quickly become mine, too! The service is always fantastic. The staff genuinely care and establish meaningful connections with their patrons. It’s honestly the best Waffle House I have ever been to. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Go check it out for yourself and let them make your day, too!“

“Needed to kill time for an hour while in town for soccer game and this fit the bill. Flat rate of $29 an hour to bowl plus extra cost of $3 or so for shoe rentals which ended up being a steal as my son and I bowled 4 games during that span. Only reason giving a 4 is cost of arcade. Son wanted to play some skeeball but it was $1.25 a game and some games in the arcade are up to $3 a play. Other table games are a good value but stay out of the ripoff zone of the arcade for sure.“
