“I am admittedly not easily impressed, but my son and I had a great experience all around tonight for a quick bite. From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. I can honestly say that it was a better experience than I have had at some of the most high end expensive restaurants in Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! Thank you we will definitely be back.“

“Went for ice cream this evening. We are new here and loving the drive through desserts. Cole took our order. Service was above and beyond from being served by Cole until we received our ice cream. The pupcup just top it off perfect!“

“We loved the Beer Battered Fried Pickles, the Garlic Parmesan Boneless Wings were awesome, and my daughter's jaw dropped when she saw the size of the Pretzel appetizer! “We love kings island and have season passes, the meal plan, and fast pass season passes- we live really close. My husband and i often come and ride diamond back and eat at treehouse and then go home. Tonight it was taking a while because it was busy… we weren’t going to say anything unless it took more than 30… a server named Jamie noticed we had t gotten our food and checked on it and brought it out a little bit later .. THANK YOU JAMIE for paying attention- it’s the little things like Jamie’s service that make us love this park even more… we live 4 miles away and love it!“

“If you want the best steak of your life you have to go to Firebirds! My filet was cooked to the perfect medium rare and I could taste the wood fired grill! Everyone was so friendly and prompt to accommodate our needs. We never had to ask for anything!“
