“This place changed my life. I took my lovely wife Susan and our two little boys for a treat after they played for 12 hours straight at the waterpark, they even stayed after closing time! Little rascals 🤣. We were all starving and our food came lickety-split in a total time of 3 minutes! The two little ones absolutely GORGED on their food, understandably. When I took a bite, it was like that scene from the hit Disney movie Ratatouille where Remy the rat took a bite out of the moldy cheese and the apple combination and all these beautiful pictures came into his mind. All the flavors blended perfectly, and I could picture fireworks as the scrumptious combinations danced on my taste buds. Thank you Great Wolf Lodge. I will never forget you. I love you. “I am a member the Southwest Ohio VFW Memorial Team. Found this great place for the team to eat. Have since made it a regular stop for me and the team when in this area. We are 10 to 20. Time is usually a problem for us, and they have always got-r-done for us. It may seem pricey but what you get is worth it. We average once a month+ here or more. We try to spread our presence around. We have been going here for around 2 years and the food is always great. We have almost had everything on their menu.“

“My son & I, from the Columbus area, were in Milford at dinner time. Not knowing what was available near our location, he looked at what was in the area. This was the only place that was different. He had the mushroom Swiss burger, I had the smallest burger; we both had coleslaw. The burgers were delicious! Being hand-pattied was the special touch, as most come pre-formed. We were seated immediately around 6:00 on a Friday evening. Our waitress was prompt in taking and delivery, attentive without hovering. This was a great dining experience!“

“I am admittedly not easily impressed, but my son and I had a great experience all around tonight for a quick bite. From the greeting when we walked in, our server Matthew and the food everything was spot on. Tables were being cleaned as people left, the bartenders were wiping down the station, the food came out hot and cooked properly, the employees having a genuine smile. I can honestly say that it was a better experience than I have had at some of the most high end expensive restaurants in Cincinnati. Keep up the great work! Thank you we will definitely be back.“

She smiled and was very professional. I tip my hat to her for having to deal with entitled people and not even flinch! We always try to get out to Loveland for brunch whenever possible. The staff is wonderfully knowledgeable, food is always delicious, and let us not forget the remarkable cocktails! They even have tasty ones for those who do not drink alcohol! I have to say Tano is my go to place!“

“This was a very nice place to have lunch at. The chicken tenders were delicious and my folks liked their burgers. But I was disappointed in the Andes avalanche custard. They didn’t have any of the mint candy for it. They did offer an alternative but I wasn’t that interested in it.“

My husband and i often come and ride diamond back and eat at treehouse and then go home. Tonight it was taking a while because it was busy… we weren’t going to say anything unless it took more than 30… a server named Jamie noticed we had t gotten our food and checked on it and brought it out a little bit later .. “Went here for a date night and left so full and happy!! Our server, Jenny, took such good care of us. It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“

I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“
