“The food was good. I had never been there before, so I would've liked help with the available options for the burgers and sides. Otherwise, I had no issues. The environment was clean enough and the staff got you whatever you asked for.“

“OMG!!! From the time I walked to the front door, I believe one of the managers opened the door for me! The host seated me very quickly. Actually apologized for the wait which was literally 90 seconds. BUT!! The best part was Google Steve. Not only was he our bartender, he took our order. He advised me of the Happy Hour Specials and made me a FABULOUS Cosmo! I normally drink Long Island Ice Tea but he took me outside my box. Our food arrived Hot and Fresh. Especially your famous rolls. The entire night he checked on us, joked with us, and made me feel like I wasn't even a restaurant. After staying 3hrs with my dear friend catching up, we decided to leave so the restaurant could have that booth. A nice evening we had last night! But my husband polished off my leftovers before I could blink an eye..Ugh I will have to go back on a Thursday so I can see Steve.“

My dad ordered the belgium waffle and mom ordered the pecan/carrot pancake. they both enjoyed their meal. I ordered yogurt with granola &fruit with a muffin. cute little place for breakfast. “This restaurant is located inside the Springdale 18 movie theater. There was one young lady working the bar, waiting tables, and what seemed to be one cook. It was a Saturday evening and we came here because there was an hour+ wait for seating at surrounding restaurants and we didn't want to be late for our movie. Service was slow but consistent considering the staffing situation. They should be paid more for the awesome service they provided, which was the best they could do! The food was as good as expected and was as ordered. This is a good place to get a quick bite and adult beverages before your movie starts.“

“Was in town for work on 6/25. We had Melina as our server . She took great care of my whole team, was personable with everyone and attentive to our food and beverage requests.

Furthermore , I left my itemized receipt at the restaurant, (still had my receipt with the ticket number and date) called up there 3 weeks later, (I live out of the state), and Justin helped me out over the phone. In less than 5 min he found it and emailed it over . Super happy with this experience all the way around. Seems like these people care and we will definitely return for future team outings when in cinci / west Chester area.“

“Walk up to order and then they’ll deliver your food to your table. Delicious food with a well-designed, lively/ loud atmosphere. Cocktails and bar are a great addition!

Kid-friendliness: It’s loud enough that if your kid screams- you’re good. But it is a little more upscale so I’d say they have to be more well behaved than at a local diner.“

For a party of four with two appetizers and two Red Claws it was $91 with tip. Go here, have a burger! Demand the onion rings!!!“

“we ate in today, my mother and i. our experience with our server, Amber was unlike any experience that we've had before I'm grateful. I haven't necessarily given them the best ratings in the past, I don't remember our server's name those times. Amber however will be unforgettable for the rest of my life and here's why. there were a couple of elderly couples that were seated after us, and she was very familiar with these people already, whereas we were not familiar with her at all. she handled each table differently, accordingly, no doubt with respect and love. heavy on both. I had to call and record a charge on my card and I was kind of holding my mom up and be able to order food and I felt bad because she was starving. somehow some way, Amber had our food out to us very quickly, cooked perfectly, absolutely everything the way that we ordered it. we didn't have to send anything back, we didn't have to ask for anything else extra to be brought to us, she even walked by after a few minutes and brought us extra napkins. I mean, super top notch service. quick, perfect. and that singing voice on that woman oh my god! I was a little reluctant to eat here today because my last few times eating here weren't necessarily the best experience, but I will be back for sure.“

“I came as part of my goal to try as many Cincy Chili spots as I can find, and this place did not disappoint. I ordered a three way and it was pretty great. The chili is of course authentic and is smooth in texture, similar to Empress for anyone who's had that before. But of course very different in texture from the likes of say Camp Washington Chili. I found it had a bit better taste than Empress. Them I wasn't a fan of, but I'd certainly come back here. Service was great, Angelo is still back there cooking, very impressive! It seems to be a very much casual local place, old fashioned in a way, all of which I really enjoyed. It is cash only, so be aware of that. All together I had a great experience. Great Cincinnati Chili for a great price, with great service and nice atmosphere, what more could you ask for!“

“It was pure luck to be in the neighborhood of J. Alexander's. I had no idea they had places outside of Kansas City, where they are known for the best French dip in the country.
Of course I ordered it and was hoping it was the same as KC. Well, it was pretty close. The main positive point is that they serve the prime rib more on the rare side. Most other places us roast beef that is over cooked.

It was fairly close to KC but not quite the quality of beef. The fries are exactly the same and are perfect.
They also have the artichoke appetizer that are awesome.

“This has become my absolute favorite restaurant. I tried it for the first time when this location opened. The green and clean has become my favorite meal, period. As a vegetarian, it's really hard to find a good tasting veggie burger. This one is AMAZING. Paired with their chipotle ketchup for the fries, and its just chefs kiss. The service is always top notch!! Highly recommend!!
