Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“
