“This is my new go-brunch joint. I love, love, loved! my experience here. The Lemon French Toast was heavenly, and the Biscuit sandwich made me want to live there. The prices were fair and the portions huge. I went on the weekend so we did have to wait a little bit for seating, but it wasn't bad. My only real compliment was how loud it was. I had a little bit of difficulty hearing my friend across the table, but that was just due to the number of folks around us. I live on the other side of town and will happily drive to meet a friend here. Absolutely delightful restaurant.“
“Took my great grandson's who are twins and they wanted to go to Waffle house for breakfast before we went shopping. for Christmas gifts for Mom and Dad. I took them here three years ago after I introduced them to the 12 days of Christmas. We entertained everyone there each year we go by singing the twelve days of Christmas. They loved it so much I got each of them each a waffle maker“
“This is the fastest, cleanest, friendliest Waffle House around. Sierra was our waitress and was so kind, patient, and helpful. We went around 10:00 AM on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a table to become available and clean. Food only took another 5 minutes to cook for our family. Exceeded expectations!“
“Food was good but not great. Service was good, but obviously they need help in the back of the house because it took a while to get the food but it was hot and fresh. The food was just not good enough to make me want to come back. Save your pennies and go to the “Awful Waffle” (I think you know the restaurant I’m referring to) on Tylersville road in West Chester on a weekend night. If you don’t judge a book by its cover, you’ll get MUCH BETTER service AND food. Except the bacon. Don’t get bacon.Parking: Lots of free parking.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids section to their menus. Nothing bad for the kiddies, but not much to distract the youngest customers either.“

Whether you're craving a hearty breakfast or a tasty lunch, IHOP stands as a go-to destination for comfort food lovers“
“Service was very good and efficient. We came twice during our trip here. I had the lobster Benedict, which was excellent except the cinnamon apples that came with it was a little bit of a peculiar pairing. The next day I had the lobster omelette, which was excellent. Really cute restaurant with lots of fun artwork on the wall for little ones to enjoy. Bloody Mary's unfortunately were lackluster. When in town again, we would happily eat here again.“
“Love sleepy bee! We come every time we visit from Florida! This was our first time at this location and our server Nadia was absolutely awesome! She was super sweet and helpful and we wanted for nothing the entire time! We loved the BLT and Bumblebee parfait bowl! Every ingredient here is locally sourced and you can definitely taste it! Don’t get me started on the coffee! This place has the best chai I have EVER tasted!“
“Breakfast was great. Fast. Being handicapped with crutches..server went above and beyond by opening all doors for me when I arrived and departed. He was great..we tipped way beyond expected hoping some of that tip goes to him..will returnParking: Parking is terrible..management company that owns property dies little for handicapped parking .accessible in front of first watch. Jimmy John's gets preferential parking with 5 dedicated spots.Wheelchair accessibility: Hard to navigate handicapped walking into restaurants“
“I was the only dot in the atmosphere... If you catch my drift... But I was in Reading on the backstreets lol... The food was A-1, though a little expensive. Still I wouldn't hesitate going to spend it again. I would recommend it for sure.“
“First time visiting the restaurant, never heard of it before. I was in the area to meet up with a friend that I haven't seen in years. I wanted to treat him to lunch, but had no idea where to dine. So, we met at a location and just started driving around. I pulled into a parking lot because I saw 3 restaurant side by side. A lady walked out of First Watch and I asked her about the food, she said it was delicious. So, in we went and boy am I glad we did.First, we had a wonderful waiter, I hate I didn't get his name ( I usually do), but I was a little preoccupied reading their delicious menu (yes, it read beautifully). I ask our waiter what he'd recommend and he said everything was good. Ok. That's the 2nd time I heard this in less than 10 minutes. LOL. He began to give me a run down of my choices, making each one sound better than the previous. It was to the point where I wanted to order one of each just to try them out. I know, it would not have ended well. Instead, I decided on two items and neither disappointed. I wasn't ready for the size of the dishes when they came out, so naturally I have lunch for tomorrow.Oh, my friend from work who I haven't seen in years...he enjoyed his food too. He also had to bring home 1/2 of his dish.I'm glad I made a few turns looking for a place to dine, it was a welcomed and pleasant experience. If you are ever in the neighborhood and want to stop for a bite to eat, you won't be disappointed. I plan on making those turns again soon, there are several dishes on that beautifully written menu with my name on them. What I'm saying is, I'll be back. ?“
