“I was previously getting taken of by Megan and she was getting overwhelmed by the bar and outdoor seating at the same time. I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“

“I did not want to be in the kitchen this morning so I ventured to my favorite spot, First Watch. The food was prepared to my liking and the taste never disappoints. I had Coffee for drink, Tri - Fecta with an extra egg medium well, whites cooked alone with a side of season potatoes with bacon. Of course and when I tell you this was good, my belly is about a pound bigger. J-Twine“

“I love the food at first watch. Its always great, their new stuff is always a good bet but so is regular menu. I get Benedicts often and their Hollandaise sauce is perfect, creamy, savory, and not too tangy. I love their options for drinks. They have a array of fruity refreshing drinks to choose from. All of which have been great that I've tried so far. I love the one with lavender and pea flower tea.

I would recommend looking at your carry out as I've gotten their stuffed French toast and everytime, its skimpy on filling. I imagine they add more at the restaurant for looks.

The 3 different locations I have been to have always been clean and well kept. Bathrooms are safe to sit on. No ick feelings.

I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and feel welcome. The servers have been hit or miss but we all have bad days so I don't mind as long as they are friendly which they always are. I can tell they are trying when we've had bad service, just flustered or busy.

The place can be a bit loud but the booths are cozy enough that I can always hear and I am hard or hearing when my tinnitus acts up.

Overall its one of my go to brunch places though they excellent lunch options to. Great place to meet friends and family or even to take a business lunch to.

She made sure my daughter and I started our day out in a lovely way!! We also appreciated the patio style room, it was excellent for us because we both have sensory sensitivities.“

Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. “The waitress was very nice ... Keep the coffee cup on full, brought me a glass of ice water.. which I asked her could I just get water no ice and she had no problem giving it to me, have me some apple cinnamon pecan french toast, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Got to say them french toast was wonderful and filling. If you like a quaint little place to chill at and get your belly full .. this place will work.“

“Ive been here years ago and had a terrible experience. Today was one of the best experiences I've had at any waffle house. My over-medium eggs were closer to over-easy, but I am a weirdly picky eater. With that said, all the other food was great. The people were friendly. I was genuinely surprised at how good the food and service was.“

Our own server said that even though she isn’t our mom, she’s still so proud of us. likeeeeee this isn’t just a waffle house, it’s a waffle home.
