“I have been missing samosas, biriyani and dal mahkani since I was in Owings Mills, MD. I am a veggie samosa regular, so I decided to go during lunch hours. I was very pleasantly surprised with the portion AND price. Lovepreet was so kind and broke down everything for me so I could know what to expect. As I saw, my chicken biryani sans nuts and raisins was AMAZING. The chicken was a tiny bit dry...but still tasty. She explained the different ways I could have it prepared. The dal makhani was my FAVORITE. FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL, FLAVORFUL. I mixed with with my biriyani, had half a samosa (they are huge but you get 2) and will be back to dine in. I love supporting my Desi brothers and sisters and I live nice and close.”

“Dingle House has a tremendous Irish Pub we found in Westchester. The first we noticed is that it was a very visually appealing restaurant with a cool looking structure and great decor. We started off with an appetizer of Jack Cheese Sticks served with marinara sauce. It was a different cheese stick than any I've ever had as it was almost eggroll shaped with the cheese on the top. In any case the jack cheese was fantastic and fried to perfection. For my main course I got an Irish staple that being the Fish And Chips. The fish was a fantastic haddock that was crispy and delicious served with a super tartar sauce. The chips (American fries) were fantastic as well especially dipped into the tartar sauce. Simply a delicious meal in every way. The wait staff was great as well and all appropriately dressed for an Irish Pub. This was tremendous in every way and I can't wait to come back.”

​It is a small hole-in-the-wall place, and parking is super easy. Most people seem to do carry-out, which makes sense because the service is very slow and casual. Definitely only sit in if you have time to relax and wait!

​Also, the portions are huge. Each dish can easily feed two or more people. We will be back!”

Whenever I'm in the West Chester area I always make sure to give this restaurant a visit to have their bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup). The drinks are great too my favorite is the Thai tea.

Shook is hooked on the garlic chicken and me on their Ocean Roll and curry. Delivery sushi can be hard but their rice is so great and the seafood is so fresh. If you’re craving thai/ asian food it’s worth checking this place out.”

Otherwise, restaurant is clean and quiet. It’s located at the end of a shopping plaza so that may throw you off but give it a try!”

“We were passing through Dayton/Centerville for my daughter’s dance competition, and I was fasting for Ramadan. We were in a hurry and planning to just grab something quick from a drive-thru without stopping. But when I saw Mediterranean food, I said “No way, I have to try it!” I love shawarma, so we decided to stop. The place was very clean, and the cashier was kind and welcoming. We first planned to take the food to go, but we decided to stay and eat there instead. We ordered falafel, shawarma sandwiches with fries, and baklava. Everything was fresh, delicious, and the portions were generous. I have tried falafel in many places, and honestly, this was one of the best I’ve ever had, soft, fresh, and full of flavor. I’m Tunisian, and we don’t usually make falafel at home, so I’ve always tried it in restaurants, and this one was truly special. My daughter loved it too! I didn’t realize at first that they had just opened, the cashier told us they are newly opened. I wish them the best of luck! I hope they continue serving fresh food with the same smile and kindness, not just in the beginning but always. They also have another location in West Chester, which I will definitely try, INCHALLAH. Thank you for the delicious food and great service! And sorry if we didn’t clean our table, I didn’t notice the trash station near the front door until after we left. My mistake 😊 We will definitely be back!”

“I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.”

“If you are craving real NY style pizza but do not feel like hopping a flight, Fratellis Pizzeria has you covered. Their pizza is so authentically New York that I half expected it to greet me like an old friend.

The crust is thin, foldable, and has an undercarriage so perfectly crisp it deserves its own fan club. Seriously, this thing could support a small family. It is sturdy, golden, and somehow both crunchy and chewy in that magical way only true pizza wizards can pull off.

The sauce is bright and balanced. The cheese is generous without being chaotic. The whole slice is a beautiful triangle of happiness.

Fratellis does not just serve pizza. They serve moved NY style pizza, as in it clearly packed its bags, relocated, and brought all its best traits with it. And thank goodness, because my taste buds are better for it.

If you love great pizza with personality, this is your spot. If you do not love great pizza, I am not sure we can be friends.”

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.”

“Me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years now — we started coming here because the coffees tasted just like the ones back in WA state; rich coffee, teas, and treats at a good price. The first year we came here, it was great customer service, they never messed up our drinks, and overall just a friendly environment to be in. Recently however, the drive to this coffee shop hasn’t been worth it. Our drinks have gotten repeatedly messed up, haven’t had very friendly encounters, and just overall felt like we weren’t welcomed. Making the 10-15 commute here used to feel so worth it, but it now feels like a gamble if I’m even gunna get what we paid for.

Look, I understand. I’m a barista myself and have worked a plenty of customer service/drive thru shops, yet there’s just no reason for that. If you don’t understand a customers order, it’s okay to say “I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch that, what was it?” Or to repeat it back to them. Yes, people get frustrated, but it’s a whole lot better than giving something that’s completely not what they asked for and getting an angry customer.”

They were very busy, so I'm not too concerned about the time involved. What bothered me was the manager. Her attitude toward the person in the back making the sandwiches was uncalled for. She (loudly) kept berating the guy back there with so many questions- it looked like he was going as quickly as he could but she just kept hammering him, reminding him of the next order, and the next; it seemed like she was the one who was confused, yet she kept accusing him of being behind and mixing up orders. At one point, she even bent over and looked under the shelving to see him and said (loud enough for all to hear), 'When I ask you a question, I expect an answer!!!' She had been firing off so many questions that I don't know how he was expected to keep up with her and still do his job. I appreciate her pushing to get orders out at a busy time, but yelling at employees in front of (probably ten) waiting customers is extremely unprofessional. Have a private meeting and say what needs to said, but don't belittle your employees in front of customers and other employees. From what I saw, the guy was moving quickly, he wasn't wasting time or slacking. I respect him for not saying anything back to her. She was really rude and overbearing. She needs to learn to encourage teamwork and mutual respect. I saw none of that today from her.”

“Have been going here few times every year - food was always pretty good and the price was not over the top... I like they combined the Thai and Indian restaurants together and you can now mix both cuisines from the same table (seating was just 4-5 small tables at Ravis before). And glad the food is equally good no matter which cuisine. You can sit anywhere you want but recommend the Thai side to the right which seems to be more upscale although it's the same waiting staff who btw were pretty quick (after they combined, went once for a weekday lunch and recently for a weekday dinner).
Noting that there are a LOT more tables between the two places now (30?)- so I can see how they could get overloaded during peak times unless they have more than 2 waiters? And they are good folks - don't expect it to be like a corporate run place.”

When I arrived at the restaurant, I explained the situation to the host, and she brought over the manager, who was incredibly understanding. She offered to have my order made and even gave my boyfriend and me steak fries and a drink while we waited. Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality!
