“Dive deeper into Thai cuisine beyond Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles and get the Hot Pepper Garlic (E7) and add cilantro and basil at heat level 3. You won’t be disappointed. Wonton soup is also of good quality.Having come from Seattle where I had the luxury of eating some very authentic Asian cuisines this place nailed a dish that, while simple, most restaurants get wrong. This was my first visit and it will be the first of many to come.“
“Truly amazing authentic Thai food not generic Asian like others. Very friendly staff and always so happy to see you come in. I love the Chefs Special fried rice but family all love something different. Pad Thai amazing, daughter loves the sushi. 0 no spice and 5 will make you cry.Parking: Always plenty of parking right by entrance or side. Very closeKid-friendliness: Different spice levels from 0-5 so kids can eat. Chicken wings for my daughterWheelchair accessibility: See a ramp from parking lot in concrete“
“This was wonderful. We had the Pad Thai and Yellow Curry. Be careful with the spice level- even a 2 was spicy! Would def recommend. Best crab rangoons we’ve had. The servers were so kind and attentive!Kid-friendliness: Casual environment and they clearly enjoyed having our 3 year old there!“
“We are excited to declare Thai Lom our new Thai place. My wife's favorite dish is Kho Soi so we traveled to Thailand to take several cooking classes. Multiple dishes have the best mouth feel and flavor compared to our favorite dishes in Thailand. Run to this place because they are FANTASTIC!“
“This is a great place!! Kind of a sleeper on the outside but don't hesitate. The food is top notch Thai/Lao. I search out hidden gems and this is one. Be adventurous and try something different. The curries are fabulous. The atmosphere is great, not a lot of noise. My go to place locally for Thai.“
“A wonderful small "hole in the wall" restaurant with very good Thai food. We normally get Bangkok noodles and either green curry or vegetable Thai spicy. Service is excellent and the food quality is very consistent. One of our favorite Thai restaurants in the Mason and West Chester area.“
“This place has pretty much all the Thai essentials on the menu for curries, stir fries, and apps; it's definitely more extensive than other Thai spots and has lots of salmon and duck options that you don't tend to see much of. Based on my first time trying them: the fresh rolls were decent quality with a tasty peanut sauce. The panang curry was very freaking good, with well-balanced flavors, lots of veggies, and medium heat was good for me (I have a relatively high spice tolerance) level. It wasn't overwhelming, but slowed me down a little; I'd happily eat it again, and there's so much more I'd be more than happy to come back and try. Online ordering is quick and convenient, too.“
“Bangkok Terrace is one of my favorite restaurants literally of all time!!! If you have not tried it yet, you are truly missing out! I’ve been a patron for over 10 years, and no other restaurant has given me the amount of consistency over the years with flavor and quality like they have here. For two years straight many years ago, I basically ate here everyday, and still eat here frequently til this day. The owner is also so nice and very personable, which adds such positive energy to the experience and puts it at such a high level. Everything on the menu is deliciousness, but my all time favorites are the Golden Dragon Roll (which is literal Chef’s kiss), the Mango Summer Roll, the Crispy Pad Thai, and the traditional Pad Thai. I must say, their sushi is unmatched and the highest quality you can get. I am planning on moving out of Blue Ash soon, but will literally drive across the city to continue to get this delicious, high quality food!“
“Love this place, have been eating here for over 2 years. Hidden little gem! Just took my girlfriend for her birthday on a Saturday night and able to be seated for 2 very quick. This is the best Spicy Pad Thai in town, just order 1 or 2 levels below your normal spice level. I’m a huge spicy fan and even I stick with a 3/5, perfect amount of sweet and heat. The chicken wings are also excellent, favorite appetizer. I would’ve taken a picture but we were too busy stuffing our faces. Thanks Bangkok St!“
“Family owned, family run, business serving up the best Thai food in Cincinnati! I ordered the Basil Stir Fried with Chicken, spice level 7, and when I say this was the best combination of flavor and spice, I'm telling you, this is something special. I will be going back again. Make sure you ask for Gojo and say hello!“
“This place was a nice surprise. It is in a strip mall but it was nicely decorated, menu had a lot of options, my food was almost too pretty to eat, food was delicious, staff were friendly and professional, price was about $20 with a drink. I had one of the stir fry entrees.“
“We eat here at least once a month. And no matter what bad thing is happening in your life, the large chicken Pho will cure it! My wife loves the Pad See Ew and the Pad Kee Mao as well. Then today I finally tried their fried, sweet and sour chicken wings, and my life is changed forever. I can never eat wings again and not compare them to these. Do you want every one of your future chicken wing experiences at other restaurants to be ruined? Come here and order their sweet and sour wings, the bar will be set! ?♂️“
“We’ve only been here once but it was a great experience and we’ll definitely be back. The customer service was wonderful, the woman who helped us was very nice and attentive. The environment was relaxed. We’ve tried a lot of Thai food in Cincinnati and only have a couple places that we really like. This is now one of them! We ordered edamame, massaman curry and a noodle dish. All were delicious! I believe we ordered level 5 out of 10 and it was perfectly on par with what we expected. Nothing was bland or watered down tasting. Prices were average. The food was really good but the service and atmosphere are what made it. Definitely recommend!“
“For a sushi restaurant that offers half priced sushi rolls, 5 stars across the board. This is one of three locations owned by the same people (Cloud 9 and Wabi Sabi). This right off to the side of Kenwood Mall. Service and food were quick. The rolls were very tasty. I think this location has more options than Wabi Sabi (Covington) and Cloud 9 (Mt Lookout).“
“First time in and we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated at a table. First impressions were, space was on the smaller side but all tables were pretty much filled up and our host also being our waiter was the only one working the front and answering the phones. Seemed intense but he was composed and doing a great job. We started out with the Udon sampler a combination of 2 spring rolls, 2 crab Rangoon, 2 pot stickers, 2 butterfly shrimp, 2 chicken egg roll. Our favorites were the crab rangoons and pot stickers. My husband does not like crab cheese wontons, (rangoons) and was surprised how much he loved the rangoons. They were very good! For my meal I ordered chicken pad thai. I can be pretty picky about my pad Thai but I enjoyed theirs, pretty good, a bit different. The chicken was very tender. My only nitpick was the sauce was on the wet side a tad watery but overall the flavors were there and delicious. I also noticed how many pick up orders were going out, this must be the place to order takeout. My husband and I could not help counting the number of people coming in for pick up. Now I had an issue with my food, and I notified our waiter about it, and he apologized. When it came to our bill our waiter went above and beyond, he leaned in and apologized again and said our bill was taken care of. My husband and I were taken back as we were not expecting anything, just wanted the issue to be noted. Of course, we left a deserving cash tip on the table. I have decided not to say what my issue was because of the way our waiter handled it and how sincere his apology was. Just an honest mistake in my opinion. We are very excited to come back again and try some sushi as I did get a glimpse of it and looked great or try something new.“
