Yes it was only two dollars but it made my day a lot better.“

Honestly, makes my morning every time even if I’m having a tough week. So genuine I love it. This morning I asked the gentleman at the next window what her name was and he was just as kind too. The staff here is always wonderful. I once ordered a Mango Pineapple Refresher and got a Strawberry Refresher but honestly I wasn’t even mad because of how kin and genuine the staff is. “Great customer service! The lady at the drive through was very nice and patient with my order today, 8/16/2025 at 9:45am. Not sure what her name was but she deserves a recognition from management. She literally made my day! I have Dunkin within a walking distance from where I live, it’s on State Route 22 across from Meijer, but the staff there is awfully rude and slow, so I refuse to go there anymore. I’d rather drive 3 miles and get a great service with good coffee here! Kiddos to the staff at this location!“

“This DD always has a vibrant energy to the staff, doesn't matter if you show up at 6am or 6pm. The food is always prepared quickly and correctly. I usually get a medium coffee with all sorts of add one that these guys' nail every time. If you like Dunkin, go here!“
