I have been to this Dunkin' location several times and always placed mobile orders. This time, as those before, the order was waiting for me when I entered and correctly made. The staff were busy but made themselves available for greetings and additional purchases. Good consistent service equals a thank you Dunkin'!
Debated on writing this review, becausemy personal experience was a good 5 star experience. I ordered a black coffee and donut and was the only person in the store.The two ladies who prepared my order were great!Reading the other reviews here, I can easily see how the other poor experiences can be true. I overheard a customer and employee discussing an incorrect order from the drive through. This was a very nice location, the only issue was that it is a very small space so it did feel very crowded even with only a few people. The staff was very kind, and the coffee was delicious. I enjoyed the experience.
