On Sunday, December 8th, my Mom, sister and I visited the Kenwood/Cincinnati, OH location around 4:30pm. My sister's car got stuck (would not go into gear) in the drive-through. It's a particularly tricky drive-through to get out of (meaning she couldn't, and everyone behind her was stuck). I ran to the window, paid for the drinks, and asked if someone could help us push the car out. The manager came running out. Victor at the Kenwood Starbucks was awesome. We had a large order and Victor was gracious and very nice about the whole thing.
Tikka Grill is one of my favorite places, both here and West Chester. Good food and good prices. They are a small locally owned chain, not a national franchise, which is a big bonus in my book. I would have given the food 5 stars but for the canned mushrooms on the cheese steak.

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. One customer waited extra long on an order during a busy time, but a staff member did an excellent job making sure the order was received. The food came out first, and after a while, the staff member saw the customer waiting for the drink, made sure it was being made, and offered a new sandwich because of the long wait, giving a hot new one for free. The sandwich(s) and beverage were scrumptious. Another first-time visitor found it very busy at seven in the morning, had to wait quite a while for both drinks, and felt beverages were weaker than normal, even with six shots of decaf espresso, extra room for cream, and light water. However, others call it the best Starbucks in the area, with staff who are an absolute joy, make drinks fast, and remember names and orders. It is a standard, chill place to hang out and study, with a smaller location but good parking. One customer got a Chai tea, sat with friends, played music, made balloons, and had a very good time. The location is getting better, with friendly staff who quickly correct any drink mistakes.
