Best bagels ever! We love the convenient location, great friendly workers, and super ease of ordering online and picking up. We love all the flavors, but especially plain and Cinnamon raisin!
Tried them immediately after taking over Blocks.. they were amazing.We bought some this past week and they were awful, they sliced them so indifferently you couldnt even close the bagel up after filling with cream cheese. The taste and texture were like shoe leather....the same answer you see here. "We haven't changed a thing...oh we beg to disagree....horrible.
Tried the new Columbus location first time today, and most likely last. Bagels were ok. Kind of hard and chewing. Girl taking the order was clearly inconvenienced. She took the order, but was talking to another working about personal things at the same time and had to ask us to repeat several times. At one point we offered to wait until they were done. Definitely better bagel places around Columbus.
