“What a huge turnaround at the former Bruegger’s Bagels location in Blue Ash!

For quite a while after Covid, this location struggled. The food quality had declined, service felt neglected, and many times the dining room had chairs stacked on the tables so customers couldn’t even sit down and enjoy their meal. It honestly felt like the location might not survive.

Fast forward to today — new ownership has reopened the store as Einstein Bros. Bagels, and the difference is night and day.

The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and finally open for customers to sit and enjoy breakfast or lunch again. The bagels and sandwiches are fresh and exactly what you expect from a great bagel shop. The sandwich I had today was flavorful, well prepared, and a big improvement from the past few years.

A big reason for the positive change is manager Eldridge. You can immediately tell he has a servant’s heart, a positive attitude, and real pride in making this location succeed. Leadership like that makes a real difference.

Kudos to the new Einstein Bros. ownership for investing in this Blue Ash location and bringing it back to life for the community.

“I was fortunate to be present for the grand opening of Skips many years ago and over the last 12 to 15 years have been there almost monthly. Skip has done a magnificent job of maintaining his high-quality for generous size Bagels As well as a top-tier staff who always makes us feel welcome. The dining area is cozy and the coffee is hot and tasty each month they feature a new type of bagel, but over the years my go to is the black Russian, which is best in class. My grandkids are partial to the cinnamon crunch bagels! Whether you’re ordering a Baker’s dozen to take home or having a breakfast sandwich dining in, I assure you that you will not regret visiting Skips.“

“I am so glad I was introduced to Einstein Bros. The staff were welcoming and the space was bright and energetic.
Upon arrival, they offered a sample of their blueberry muffin which was OUTSTANDING. So much that I decided to take one home.
For breakfast, I enjoyed a lox sandwich. I selected the jalapeno cheddar bagel and appreciated the spice kick it added to the smokiness of the lox.
For an even better experience, on my next visit, I will request a toasted bagel to give some warmth to the sandwich and might even want to add egg and arugula. These additions will turn a good experience to excellent!!!

“I have the nova lox bagel every other time. Lox can get slimy if it’s left for too long, but this is always fresh no matter what time I go in. I know that’s weirdly specific, but it’s ALL like that. The coffee? Great. The breakfast sandwiches? Hot and delicious.

But I keep going back because I love the staff. Myra has helped me most of the time I’ve gone in, and she’s always been super cool to talk to. I have horrible social anxiety, but she puts me at ease.
