“I've been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels on Union Centre in West Chester for about 10 years now, and somehow they just keep getting better and better. That says a lot, because most places lose consistency over time—but not this one. The care, freshness, and quality in every single order is obvious.

Manager Jen (with one n!) is absolutely wonderful. She runs this location with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. You can tell when a place has strong leadership, and this store absolutely does. The whole staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially Shane, who is always great to see and keeps things moving with a positive attitude.

What really stands out is that they make you feel appreciated every time you come in. Orders are accurate, food is fresh, and the service is fast without ever feeling rushed.

And if you're reading this wondering what to order—definitely try the lox bagel. I get mine on a toasted potato bagel, no capers, extra red onion, and it is incredible every single time.

“This place is amazing!! We stumbled across Low Country when googling for good breakfast places near. Let’s just say we were totally blown away! The food is absolutely incredible, and the menu has something for everyone. I got a rainbow bagel with cream cheese, and it was the best bagel I have EVER had! My husband said he will probably stop in tomorrow again for breakfast (yes, it is THAT good!!). This is truly a hidden gem of Monroe! Do yourself a favor and check it out!“

“Best bagel I've had hands down. I was kind of skeptical when Brueggel's changed over, but the bagels at Einsteins are awesome and they have great coffee also. The ladies in the morning run the place very efficiently, the Blue Ash location gets very busy, they work hard and they're pleasant everyday I come in there. Way to go team!!“

“First visit today. Coffee was a bit bitter but maybe i should expect that showing up around 3pm. But with some added water and extra cream it turned out to be very good. My wife had the breakfast burrito (very tasty) and i had an apple walnut (i believe) muffin. It was very tasty as well. We also ordered some bagels to go. They were light and fluffy which was nice but somewhat flavorless. Given the opportunity i would return. The staff was very friendly“

“Went mid-morning on Thursday. Love the space/cozy atmosphere, I would love to come back and do online work here if I lived closer. I ordered my first Matcha—it was pretty good! My only issue was that the baristas seemed pretty unenthusiastic and quiet. It was a slow time, granted, but they didn’t smile or sound cheerful. All in all, this visit got the job done!“
