“I've been coming to Einstein Bros. Bagels on Union Centre in West Chester for about 10 years now, and somehow they just keep getting better and better. That says a lot, because most places lose consistency over time—but not this one. The care, freshness, and quality in every single order is obvious.

Manager Jen (with one n!) is absolutely wonderful. She runs this location with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers. You can tell when a place has strong leadership, and this store absolutely does. The whole staff is always friendly and welcoming, especially Shane, who is always great to see and keeps things moving with a positive attitude.

What really stands out is that they make you feel appreciated every time you come in. Orders are accurate, food is fresh, and the service is fast without ever feeling rushed.

And if you're reading this wondering what to order—definitely try the lox bagel. I get mine on a toasted potato bagel, no capers, extra red onion, and it is incredible every single time.

This location has earned my loyalty for a decade, and they continue to exceed expectations. Easy 5 stars.“

“I was fortunate to be present for the grand opening of Skips many years ago and over the last 12 to 15 years have been there almost monthly. Skip has done a magnificent job of maintaining his high-quality for generous size Bagels As well as a top-tier staff who always makes us feel welcome. The dining area is cozy and the coffee is hot and tasty each month they feature a new type of bagel, but over the years my go to is the black Russian, which is best in class. My grandkids are partial to the cinnamon crunch bagels! “Went mid-morning on Thursday. Love the space/cozy atmosphere, I would love to come back and do online work here if I lived closer. I ordered my first Matcha—it was pretty good! My only issue was that the baristas seemed pretty unenthusiastic and quiet. It was a slow time, granted, but they didn’t smile or sound cheerful. All in all, this visit got the job done!“
