“It had been many years since we had been to the Root Beer Stand so it was high time to come back. It had grown a fair amount since our last visit which was great to see. The place was really busy but they really are streamlined well and there was not a long wait time. There is a bit of indoor seating but a vast majority of the seating is at picnic tables outside around the area. Everything looked great all around the grounds although you must remember you are outside and there are a fair amount of bees around so beware of that. I had a footlong chili dog and fries which were excellent especially the chili dog. Also had to have a root beer float which was legendary as usual as their locally sourced root beer really is delicious. This is definitely an awesome place to go on a summer day for sure and it gets my highest recommendation.”

“Visited on Sunday eve 12/12. The staff was friendly but it went downhill. Waited an hour for our food. Son in law order steak medium rare. It came looking like “shoeleather” Pot roast was a bit fatty. Other meals were good and hot and steak replaced. Cake for dessert was “stale” I feel they were so busy with carry out that the dining room was ignored”

“I'm the go-to guy for my work and when the guys need to eat I know exactly where to go. I tell you what this White Castle is the best. There's two of the hardest working ladies I've ever met and they're so professional and polite. The food's always hot and fresh. They turn the grill on for me even when it's still breakfast. But when you got a crave you got to crave what can I say? I absolutely love this store.”
