“Visited on Sunday eve 12/12. The staff was friendly but it went downhill. Waited an hour for our food. Son in law order steak medium rare. It came looking like “shoeleather” Pot roast was a bit fatty. Other meals were good and hot and steak replaced. Cake for dessert was “stale” I feel they were so busy with carry out that the dining room was ignored“

“We celebrated our 10-year olds birthday at Jag’s last night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a night our family will not forget. It started with us arriving to a lovely set table with a bouquet of balloons for the birthday boy. He was wished happy birthday from what seemed like the entire staff. He definitely felt special. The Chef even came out from the kitchen, wished our son a happy birthday, and made sure our food was delicious. Our server was Danielle and she was a rockstar. The atmosphere is very fun and entertaining as you watch the conveyor belt, the trams on top of the belt, and the robots delivering hot and fresh food. our waitress was on top of our drinks and explained the iPad and the conveyor belt system very well. “The BEST veggie burger i have ever had in my entire life. I’m an outsider and am here in Cinci visiting family. I was a little weary coming to a beef joint as I can’t eat red meat due to chemotherapy. (Ironic, I know). The owners went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure that they were able to segregate my burger from the red meat and clean the grill to the best of their ability. I did not have a reaction other than “when can I come back!”. The house made ranch and ketchup were so tasty, I’d almost be willing to sneak it on the plane to come home with me. I 10/10 recommend this place.“

It was nice to have the menu and specials explained to us in details and got a lot of recommendations from her, too. We ordered the crab cakes, mussels, lamb rack, their steak and crab special for the night. Everything was cooked to perfection with right seasonings and temp. We really enjoyed the special-the filet mignon was soooo tender and the crab was sweet! It was cool to have a candle lit butter and Cajun spiced lemon on the side for the crab. We were so stuffed at the end but couldn’t help but get dessert to go. The crème brûlée NY cheesecake is SUCH a treat and I’m so glad we got it. Service was 10/10, would recommend everyone to go here for nicer dinners.“
