“Grace makes the best cappuccino ever. And you can’t get a better craft yourself omelette. The scrambled eggs are light and fluffy, and the sauces are made in the house and they’re all fabulous. Oh, and Grace also makes the best mimosas. The strongest recommendation I could give is to serve your syrup hot. Pancakes don’t like cold syrup.“

“Our waitress Kiaya was an excellent server, she took our order very promptly and offered us anything we needed before we needed it. She made sure my daughter and I started our day out in a lovely way!! We also appreciated the patio style room, it was excellent for us because we both have sensory sensitivities.“

“I love the food at first watch. Its always great, their new stuff is always a good bet but so is regular menu. I get Benedicts often and their Hollandaise sauce is perfect, creamy, savory, and not too tangy. I love their options for drinks. They have a array of fruity refreshing drinks to choose from. All of which have been great that I've tried so far. I love the one with lavender and pea flower tea.

I would recommend looking at your carry out as I've gotten their stuffed French toast and everytime, its skimpy on filling. I imagine they add more at the restaurant for looks.

The 3 different locations I have been to have always been clean and well kept. Bathrooms are safe to sit on. No ick feelings.

I'm always greeted with enthusiasm and feel welcome. The servers have been hit or miss but we all have bad days so I don't mind as long as they are friendly which they always are. I can tell they are trying when we've had bad service, just flustered or busy.

The place can be a bit loud but the booths are cozy enough that I can always hear and I am hard or hearing when my tinnitus acts up.

Overall its one of my go to brunch places though they excellent lunch options to. Great place to meet friends and family or even to take a business lunch to.

“I don't eat out very often, but have always enjoyed the service and quality food at First Watch. This morning I asked the hostess to check the balance on my gift card. Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“

“Walked in and the dining room was quite busy - sat myself at the bar to patiently wait for my server. My expectation of slower service today quickly vanished.

The servers worked in symbiotic tandem, with one quickly providing me a piping hot coffee while I waited the brief wait for my server Mariah. She made it the best Bridge House experience I've had thus far! Friendly and polite, coupled with an expeditious nature, she expertly navigated the busy shift as I enjoyed my meal. Even in the midst of a rush, Mariah did an amazing job personalizing the experience for me 🙂

“The food, atmosphere, service, and ambience at Mt Lookout were top notch! The HOE‘s team members, Julie, Mitch, Bri, and Murph, were extremely hospitable and friendly. We were seated and served in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Fried green tomato BELT sandwich with sweet tots (with the maple aoli), or the Chorizo Burger. The grill chefs cooked them to perfection. Then pair these tasty sandwiches with a Murphy special, a pomegranate - mango martini or a cold beer! It’s a match made in heaven. We‘re definitely going back soon.“

“First time stopping in this place. We wanted to try something new for breakfast and so glad we did. I got the crab cake Benedict and it was perfect. The loaded hashbrowns were cooked just how they should be…crispy!!! Another party member got the bottomless griddle stuffed French toast. They were awesome. They did forget the fruit on top but brought out a bowl right away. Service was on point and we had every need taken care of: our waitress even offered to go drinks, which is always a nice gesture. “came here to have a graduation photo shoot and every. single. employee. was so happy for my cousin and I that we graduated. Our own server said that even though she isn’t our mom, she’s still so proud of us. likeeeeee this isn’t just a waffle house, it’s a waffle home.
