“I was previously getting taken of by Megan and she was getting overwhelmed by the bar and outdoor seating at the same time. I asked for black coffee twice I felt I had to repeat myself so I did and she still thought that I only wanted water so I was sitting here for 10 minutes wondering where my coffee was. Let alone she thought “I only asked for water” maybe because she rushed me. i just asked for a new server and was immediately accommodated by Chloe which was super attentive and helpful. Not rushing my order at all unlike Megan and Chloe made me feel like I was being heard rather than just treated like anybody else. Chloe had impeccable service hats off to her! Mickie the manager immediately came up to me without even introducing himself and tried apologizing for what HE did? Which wasn’t his fault, but he made me feel uncomfortable and apologetic. I will definitely be back, thanks guys you did a great job!“

“Stopped here while in town for a convention, and WOW! The food was incredible! We loved that they offered healthier options as well as great traditional breakfasts. The Belgian waffle was the best I've ever eaten! Server was fantastic. We'll be back tomorrow before we leave town.“

“Grew up going to First Watch since I was a kid a lot of my family actually worked there as cooks over the years, so it’s always been one of those places that feels familiar and nostalgic to me. “4 adults, 3 children aged 3, 6, and 10, each a fussy eater in a unique way. We all loved what we got! The service was friendly and outstandingly responsive to our requests. The price was just right. The ambiance was cozy and attractive. This is an extremely good restaurant in all regards.“

“I don't eat out very often, but have always enjoyed the service and quality food at First Watch. This morning I asked the hostess to check the balance on my gift card. Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“

Keep the coffee cup on full, brought me a glass of ice water.. which I asked her could I just get water no ice and she had no problem giving it to me, have me some apple cinnamon pecan french toast, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. “Just passing thru the area, saw their menu offered something all 5 of us would like. Biscuits and gravy, omelets , waffles , yogurt parfait and Carmel iced coffee. Everything was amazing and delicious. Amy, one of the owners stopped by the table and chatted with us. Our server Christiania was very prompt and friendly. Highly recommend! “The food, atmosphere, service, and ambience at Mt Lookout were top notch! The HOE‘s team members, Julie, Mitch, Bri, and Murph, were extremely hospitable and friendly. We were seated and served in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Fried green tomato BELT sandwich with sweet tots (with the maple aoli), or the Chorizo Burger. The grill chefs cooked them to perfection. Then pair these tasty sandwiches with a Murphy special, a pomegranate - mango martini or a cold beer! It’s a match made in heaven. We‘re definitely going back soon.“

“came here to have a graduation photo shoot and every. single. employee. was so happy for my cousin and I that we graduated. Our own server said that even though she isn’t our mom, she’s still so proud of us. likeeeeee this isn’t just a waffle house, it’s a waffle home. I’ve been here several times before and also have never had an issue with food, cleanliness, other customers, or employees.“

“Visited with my friends about a week ago, and had a signature/traditional dish, the Bola(or Bolo?), which was fantastic -- a creamy, rich meat and pasta dish that was SO very good. (I should have gotten a salad, too, for some greenage and to have some leftovers, but I just ate the entire thing, instead. Eyeroll.) Kindly, we were warned when we arrived that there was only one server, she got to us as soon as she could, our drinks arrived quickly, and the service was just fine.
