“Our first time there, it was awesome! Our server was a Veteran of The United States Air Force! She was amazing! Sweet, kind, very attentive and paid attention to the table, keeping everything up and filled. And yes they were busy and she still did her job AMAZINGLY! “Like most waffle houses food is very consistent. Hasn’t been too busy in the mornings so it’s nice and quiet which I like personally. Staff is prompt and are constantly working if not taking orders they are cleaning something. I will eat here most mornings.“

“Decided to try the new WH in Middletown, after a total of 15 minutes of being ignored, we left and drove 4 miles to Franklin, We sat, ordered and had food on the table with in ten minutes. Waitress was super, food was perfect. Avoid Middletown, its worth the short drive to Franklin“

“Let me say I have been here several times. And always get over easy eggs. These are the best over easy eggs I have ever had. And I have been all over being in the military. I would say they are the best in the state. Eggs whites never burnt. Food is fantastic and everyone is pleasant. If ur wanting good food and a relaxing place to eat come here. It’s quaint and friendly. I will be back and highly recommend Koffee Kup for locals or if u r just passing through Miamisburg.“
