Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“

“Visited today and was unable to get in for a while because they’d lost power. Finally was able to go in, and they were very short staffed as they waited for more employees to arrive. That team ROCKED it! I was amazed at how quickly they had food cranking out of the kitchen. Within 20 minutes plates were coming out of that kitchen. The staff was amazing made the best of it, cheering as more employees arrived. Great atmosphere, great group of people.“

“My friend and I always enjoy eating at Anderson First Watch but this morning it was especially nice because of our waiter Jordan. He was friendly and attentive. When he delivered my friend's food, he told me he sent mine back because it didn't look up to standards. He then brought me the potatoes so I'd have something to eat while they redid my omelet. I'm grateful for people like Jordan and his supervisor who came out to talk with us. They remind me like if good.“

Keep the coffee cup on full, brought me a glass of ice water.. which I asked her could I just get water no ice and she had no problem giving it to me, have me some apple cinnamon pecan french toast, scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. “We absolutely love the staff, Kennedy, Christiana, Mallory, and the bussers are all incredibly attentive and quick. The food is excellent, but be sure to read the menu descriptions carefully. I ordered something with goat cheese, which just wasn’t my favorite, but that was completely my own preference. Definitely check this place out, and don’t miss the bar drinks they’re fantastic!“

“The food, atmosphere, service, and ambience at Mt Lookout were top notch! The HOE‘s team members, Julie, Mitch, Bri, and Murph, were extremely hospitable and friendly. We were seated and served in less than 30 minutes. I recommend the Fried green tomato BELT sandwich with sweet tots (with the maple aoli), or the Chorizo Burger. The grill chefs cooked them to perfection. Then pair these tasty sandwiches with a Murphy special, a pomegranate - mango martini or a cold beer! It’s a match made in heaven. We‘re definitely going back soon.“

“Today, 11.02.2021, a friend and l were in search of good breakfast food. Before dropping her off, we stopped at the Waffle House on Delhi Pike. The employees at this establishment were some of the warmest and friendliest group of people l have met since COVID. Fast service, our waiter Dante explained how we were able to mix and match the breakfast we had chosen. With the turn of our head, our meals were before us. The grits were freshly made, the toast was to a perfection with butter melted, everything about the meals were on point. The staff keep the restaurant clean. On their idle time they were cleaning the grill and washing down the floor, no one was standing around on their phones. I give the Waffle House ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️“

“Visited with my friends about a week ago, and had a signature/traditional dish, the Bola(or Bolo?), which was fantastic -- a creamy, rich meat and pasta dish that was SO very good. (I should have gotten a salad, too, for some greenage and to have some leftovers, but I just ate the entire thing, instead. Eyeroll.) Kindly, we were warned when we arrived that there was only one server, she got to us as soon as she could, our drinks arrived quickly, and the service was just fine. We appreciated the advance notice, though.“

“My sons and I just came here for a very early morning breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant was sparkling clean, modern and the waitress was attentive and prompt. We all had early morning obligations and so wanted to meet at 5:30 a.m. Other restaurants (such as the Waffle House down the street) advertise that they're open 24 hours a day but in reality that means that only their drive-thru is open at night. When IHOP says 24 hours they mean you can come in sit down and have a good meal at any time of the night or day. That's a big difference!“
