“There's nothing fancy about this restaurant -- but the food is fantastic and the service is great. We can't get enough of it and visit regularly, usually when we don't feel like cooking for ourselves. The food is richly flavored and consistently delightful. Most things are cooked with ghee rather than oil, which is more to our liking. Prices are reasonable, especially considering we frequently split each serving into multiple portions AND still go home with leftovers to enjoy the next day. I think we're a few visits away from being on a first-name basis with the staff/ownership; it's to really nice to see familiar faces every time we come in to dine. “Bangkok Terrace is one of my favorite restaurants literally of all time!!! If you have not tried it yet, you are truly missing out! I’ve been a patron for over 10 years, and no other restaurant has given me the amount of consistency over the years with flavor and quality like they have here. For two years straight many years ago, I basically ate here everyday, and still eat here frequently til this day. The owner is also so nice and very personable, which adds such positive energy to the experience and puts it at such a high level. Everything on the menu is deliciousness, but my all time favorites are the Golden Dragon Roll (which is literal Chef’s kiss), the Mango Summer Roll, the Crispy Pad Thai, and the traditional Pad Thai. I must say, their sushi is unmatched and the highest quality you can get. The coffee was delicious, hot, and could be flavored with various additives and creamers. If you are in Northside and want to enjoy coffee and conversation, the Sidewinder is just the place!“
