Super disappointed :/ I ordered a cake for my 30th birthday. I have a gluten and dairy allergy and as we were spending the day in Cincinnati this was the first bakery I found that made cakes I could have. When I called a couple days before pick up to confirm everything with my order, the girl who answered the phone was kinda hateful and acted like she had no clue how to look up and make sure my order was in the system. We have ordered numerous cakes over the years from Happy chicks bakery (our wedding cake, birthday cakes, etc) and they are always amazing! We couldn't recommend them more! Delicious, creative flavors, cute designs, always so kind, and they go above and beyond!
